Starbucks on site
Paid £117 for a basic twin room (extortionate for the area!) and wasn’t expecting the ritz or anything but the room stank of cigarette smoke and was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been redecorated in decades - stained walls/ poorly painted surfaces - mouldy shower - dirty bed - stained carpets. I’ve seen nicer hostels! Would not recommend- manger went to survey the room and decided that because he couldn’t smell the smoke there wasn’t an issue - fully booked for Xmas so couldn’t move us (fair enough) but not willing to offer any sort of compensation- will be seeking a refund through booking.com

Wonderful
Large spacious room with a very warm and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Even for a quick one night stopover this was a pleasant experience.

Rooms were a suitable temperature. Beds comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice and was open till 11am.
In the restaurant the web order labels on the table did not order food from the kitchen , despite the money and order being received by the web tool ! We were waiting for an hour before we were told by a member of staff that the mechanism was broken.

Room was clean ,staff lovely bed comfortable walk in shower brilliant
Toilet not working so called repaired still poor water flow we left early because was not happy with toilet.Asked for lower floor was put on first and over party room and we not deaf awake till party ended.got wet because we couldn't park had to go to over flow.Starbucks cafe to expensive could have brought meal for 1 in restaurants for what we paid for 1 ham and cheese crossing and a tuna melt 1 orange small.

The family room was perfect so spacious perfect for us as a family
