Location was perfect just few minutes from train station and just 10 minutes drive from our favourite spot. staff was very amazing and helpful. Love the swimming pool and jacuzzi. We will back

Bed was comfy Staff couldn’t apologise enough for the lift breaking
Can only describe the noise from outside as someone kicking a can around all night Then in the morning got stuck in the lift for a few minutes which as the reception’s telephone number had been written on as label in the lift made me think this wasn’t the first time Having paid over £100 for the room it was not overall a happy stay and definitely not value for money

The bed was comfortable. There was most things I needed, iron , hairdryer.
Very dated, in need of an upgrade. No shower gel in the shower. No air con, the room was stuffy. Wall very this I could hear people talking in the room next to me. very load doors, staff outside my bedroom window in the middle of the night talking.

The staff were friendly
They need doors for disabled on entrance as I'm on a walking aid and struggled to get in and out, the bed was very uncomfatable like 2 single beds pushed together, there was a generator noise think from the swimming pool that kept us awake all night very noisy I wouldn't stay here again it looks tired and in need of decorating
