Room 204 was very noisy. I expected some noise due to location however there was some kind of unit under our window which made a noise every few minutes and was impossible to sleep through

Very smart hotel in the middle of the gay district of Manchester, so very central and well located by the canal. Nice bar in the hotel and plenty of entertainment nearby. My room was very well appointed and comfortable.
Breakfast was only continental and had to be taken in your room.

Excellent location, clean, newly refurbished room.
Check in process was long. We happened to arrive at the same time as a few of the bookings though. Lift wasn’t working so had to carry luggage up stairs.
