Very Poor
The area
Everything about the hotel! Dirty sheets & pillow cases, dust filled walls ,what seemed like a man's excitement on the wall above the head board. There's nothing complimentary at all you even have to pay for a tea bag which in a 4/5* hotel is unheard of.. The first floor rooms are above the nightclub so if you're thinking of getting any sleep forget it. Two members of staff were extremely antagonistic towards me because I complained about my issues. The bed in one of the rooms was in very poor condition (collapsed) looking over a derelict building covered in scaffolding backing on to a car park. Also very misleading menus one which says OPEN ME which is placed Infront of a wine bottle with no notification that it's a drinks menu so they want to charge double when you get to the desk! I've never been so disappointed in a hotel as I have this including the after care ??? So disappointed ☹️

room had a nice look to it
the room is not sound prove at all, being the deluxe room with this high price, I'm not picky on noise but I'm tellin you you can hear the footsteps of people on higher floor, anyone outside your door, and the busy street right down the window. air conditioning in the room was just BAD this room only has a good look to it, that's it, when it comes to actually enjoyin it, i personally didn't sleep at all no matter how much i tried

The room was very nice. The Continental breakfast was good. Staff was so-so.
The staff could have been more helpful. The person at the check-in had very limited English. The room was right next to a disco. Without a white noise machine we travel with, sleep would have been impossible.

nice bath bed comfy large tv
only one coffee per person per day, coupled with a relativley dry breakfast didnt work, the shower drain was blocked so had to have a very quik shower, not good for this type of hotel.

Location, Decor, outside area. Bed was really comfortable. Well stocked with drinks and snacks and we loved that we were offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival.
Noise from above room was really bad during the night, like they were moving furniture so didn’t get much sleep. Nothing bad to say about the actual hotel or staff though.

Stayed in room 21 beautiful room but so noisy the people above were so loud felt like the ceiling was the floor boards woke us up all Night ! And not happy we got charged for 2 waters from the fridge
