Wonderful
Very smart hotel in the middle of the gay district of Manchester, so very central and well located by the canal. Nice bar in the hotel and plenty of entertainment nearby. My room was very well appointed and comfortable.
Breakfast was only continental and had to be taken in your room.

Excellent location, clean, newly refurbished room.
Check in process was long. We happened to arrive at the same time as a few of the bookings though.
Lift wasn’t working so had to carry luggage up stairs.

Your location is perfect for exploring Canal Street and central Manchester. The accommodation is fitted to a good standard.
The continental breakfast wasn’t right for us so we only had it two mornings.

The room was spacious clean and warm. The bed was very comfy
For the price we paid around £150 a night, the room we were initially given was small and unsuitable. The shower wasn’t high enough for me to under and for the price we paid we were disappointed, also had a view of a backstreet car park. From the photos on the website the room did not look the same. We asked for a different room and paid £50 extra for a different room. The second room was better and was what we were expecting the first time. Although some trims around the wardrobe were falling off, and the sink was chipped. We were aware that it was on a busy street but on the Saturday there was ridiculously loud music until 5am resulting in us getting little to no sleep. I understand it’s a busy Saturday but 5am is ridiculous.
