We had a lovely stay at the hotel. When we checked in we were told we had been upgraded to a penthouse suite! Lovely surprise and what a treat! Thank you.
The hotel was ideally situated for where we wanted to be. We would definitely stay again if ever in Manchester and would highly recommend to friends and family.

What a fantastic hotel the room was gorgeous and the staff were so good as solo female they made me feel so comfortable and got a glass of fizz on arrival this will definitely be my go to hotel for the future

Great location, super stylish decor, friendly and attentive staff, beds were SO comfy, luxury soap in the bathroom was a lovely touch
Cleanliness wasn’t great in places- ring marks all over the table from drinks, fake potted plant on the table was very dusty, bench seat below window was very stained. Almost ruined the luxurious vibe. Additionally there were some snacks in the room but none were complimentary at all (though some coffee and tea was.) I know this is normally the case with hotels, but for the price I paid for the room I’d hope there would be maybe a small snack for free in the room. The main let down was the cleanliness.

We got upgraded which was a lovely touch. The room was very spacious with everything we need. I enjoyed the Prosecco on arrival. Great facilities and location
I was worried about the £100 charge on the card thinking it would take time to revive a refund. However the payment was promptly amended and therefore no concerns with this

Bed and room is clean. Close to train station.
Too noisy on the weekend. The loudly music didn't stop until 2am. Still can hear music from other bar until 4 am

The location is very central
I have stayed at the hotel several times before, when I was told I was getting an upgrade I thought great! However the room was disappointing and drab and was nowhere near as nice as the other rooms I know they have. On top of that the room was exceptionally hot, it was over 30C when I got in the room and took about an hour with the aircon on to get it down to an acceptable level (22C). When I mentioned this to the staff they looked at me blankly!
