Location, Decor, outside area. Bed was really comfortable. Well stocked with drinks and snacks and we loved that we were offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival.
Noise from above room was really bad during the night, like they were moving furniture so didn’t get much sleep. Nothing bad to say about the actual hotel or staff though.

Good stay nice hotel but on arrival they take a deposit of £100 and supposed to get refunded within a week, its been 3 week and still yet to get the deposit back

Beautiful property and great location staff were so nice
Stayed in room 21 beautiful room but so noisy the people above were so loud felt like the ceiling was the floor boards woke us up all Night ! And not happy we got charged for 2 waters from the fridge

Very easy to find and close to the train station.
Lovely warm welcome in a very stylish reception area and was greeted with a glass of Prosecco.
The room was STUNNING! Felt like a New York loft apartment with an enormous bath. Loved all the thoughtful touches in the room especially the mood lighting.
Breakfast in bed for just £10 was a wonderful start to the day!
Short walk to the northern quarter too!
Absolutely give this place a 10/10 will definitely return and recommend to my friends!

Property had a great feel to it, with a sort of Scottish Highland vibe. Comfortable bed and good facilities in the room. Snacks and other drinks available on the room, albeit at a charge which is expected
As much as the location to the centre was great, it is opposite a uni Kampus club/bar which on weekends it is loud. It is also located to many other bars on the same street, so prepare for a loud evening till early hours. The room was nice, but some features were damaged and the tap in the sink had to be on full blast for the hot temp. The walls are also thin and therefore can hear next rooms

Bed wasn’t made up despite requesting and had to go reception 3 times before someone came up
