Room was absolutely amazing!!! Best we've ever stayed in , it was huge ! Even had two TVs , had a small living room, bathroom with a gorgeous walk in shower , bedroom with a huge comfy king-size bed and a huge free standing bath next to the bed ! It included fluffy robes , top brand products to use ... The breakfast service was amazing, absolutely delicious. Perfect for those who don't like fry ups like myself. The hotel bar was lovely, and the bar staff were so kind and attentive.
The staff were polite and helpful , they stored luggage for us , gave us recommendations and were generally just nice people.
The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the train station and a ten min walk from arndale centre and other attractions.
Honestly, I can't wait to return . That's how good it was !
Should also include that the bed was soooo comfy , no noise from outside got to us , slept brilliantly both nights we were there
Nothing . Everything was perfect.

Good location near the train station, for what we needed
Hotel was over designed, took us 10 minutes to work out how to use the lights (themes 1-4) & still couldn’t get the bedside reading light on. If you put the bathroom lights on, it lite the whole of the bedroom up! Seated area… table was too big & you couldn’t open the fridge or cupboards properly. Bathroom doors made of glass, so had a horrible A4 printed sign saying please be care as doors can break! Bathroom so badly designed, you had to have the door open to stand at the sink. Lots of little stains on the velvet furniture.
We had been to a concert & got back at midnight but there was thumping music in the bar below until 2am. We ordered breakfast at 8.30am (it was continental delivered to your room) & had to go to reception at 9am to ask for it. Overall, very disappointing.

The guy on reception was very welcoming - very good at his job. The pillows were exceptional, I would buy some for home if I knew who the supplier was.
The communal areas look as if they are getting a bit nearer to needing a re-fresh.

Can’t recommend enough. Def wasn’t our usual type of location but would definitely return. Staff couldn’t do enough. We were upgraded.
Wasn’t originally sure on location but certainly didn’t disappoint

Fourth time staying at this hotel couldn’t recommended it more.
Great location - easy walking distance to Manchester centre and northern quarter
Staff are always amazing
Free glass of bubbly when you get there
Rooms are well decorated with baths and great soaps
Rooms are very quiet despite what can be a rowdy street

Great location, comfy bed and fancy shower. The room was exceptionally clean and had every amenity needed
Prices of mini bar are a tad expensive and they take £100 at check in to cover any extra costs… yet I got an email asking to pay £4.70 for a bottle of water we had!

There was a mistake on their side saying I'd cancelled the room when 8 hadn't. The lady on Reception was amazing, sorted it all out within 5 mins and upgraded us for the stay. She also gave us a glass of Prosecco on arrival, very accommodating!
It's my own fault as I didn't realise I booked a hotel on the main gay quarter stretch so the music outside was going until 4am and I just couldn't sleep.

Great staff, Stephanos was amazing, great to talk to and very welcoming. Happy that I was given a perfect glass of Prosecco upon arrival. Lovely comfortable room, I was expecting it to be loud as the room was only on the 1st floor and facing canal street but it was peaceful enough to drop off to sleep without trouble. The discount at the village brassier was a welcome surprise.
Always after a good discount (hint hint) so would love any money off offers for the future.
