The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. usually i prefer my own normal bed over other beds, no matter how good they are. Velvet's bed was so good I didn't want to get out. I had to force myself to get out. I also liked that the lights could both be set to "on" and "mood light" Showering in mood lighting makes it feel like a spa

Gorgeous room with a terrace - we were upgraded for free and even offered a glass of prosecco
The breakfast was a big letdown - no room to have it, no buffet, just a very small basket brought to the rooms and only sweets (no eggs or bacon nor sausages, no beans)

I was welcomed with care and friendliness. The room was clean, lush and comfortable. The temperature in the room was excellent (I appreciate this is also changeable). I like that you can open the window a bit for fresh air. The breakfast is definitely worth the extra and fills you up. The lobby was always welcoming even later at night, this is something other hotels lack.

perfect location in the heart of Manchester. the personnel at the reception was very nice. we've been offered a glass of prosecco when we checked in
The room was very tiny. the lighting system is all but functional. I don't see the benefit in making simple things complicated

Nice clean property and staff were friendly.
Booked this as was close to the station. The property unfortunately was right by a very busy noisy bar which didn’t close until 4am and they allowed people outside the whole time. Unfortunately meant I didn’t manage to get much sleep due to the noise.

Fab location, beautiful room, super comfy bed and pillows and lovely bathroom with luxury toiletries. Staff very friendly and helpful, nice welcome drink and quick to resolve issue with room safe.

The beds were so comfortable and the room was spacious. We arrived early and we got accommodated an early check in which was a bonus for us!
Our bathroom could do with some TLC. A lot of maintenance needed.
