The property was great for me and my friends that stayed for the night. The apartment was very handy and big enough for us all. Very clean and pleasant.
The beds were a little hard which made it uncomfortable but other than that I couldnt fault our stay!

Easy to locate, friendly staff, apartment was extremely spacious apartment. Breakfast was good value for money, you have to pre-order but wont be disappointed!

The property is only a short trip from Manchester City centre on the 59 bus. The hotel has a beautiful breakfast area and seating area/bar with a huge flat screen tv. Nice home cooked feel breakfasts with tea and coffee supplied on request. The hotel has a family ran feel, with little staff that do their best to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Our room was comfy enough for us only staying 2 nights.
The property halls had the smell of cigarette smoke on numerous occasions, the front door hall also had the smell of weed/cannabis on one occasion. Our room was small however comfortable for us. Unfortunately the bed is quite noisy/firm, lack of a hairdryer and lacked in the polished feel with paper bubbling on walls, missing smoke detectors and messy walls. Bathroom cleanliness also lacked as cobwebs were behind the sink. The rooms are key locked doors instead of swipe cards which was to be expected in a house feel of a hotel. We were happy to pay the price when we seen photos of the hotel however the photos do not live up to expectations and we feel that it was too expensive for 2 nights. All in all a pleasant(ish) stay considering we were not in the hotel 12 hours of the day.
