The staff were lovely. I was very tired and they just took the fee, gave me my key and showed me the room. Done and dusted. The facilities were perfect, I paid for a single room and had a double bed. There were ample charging ports next to and accessible from the bed. Tram line is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Very very accessible, and you're only 3 stops from Victoria to access city centre. Bath is low to the ground with rails for accessibility so was very pleasantly accessible. There's a common room on the ground floor with a TV where it felt more than comfortable to just sit and mull around in down time so I never felt pressured to stay in my room.
Only 'complaint' is that compared to a brand hotel the room wasn't relatively soundproofed so like small noise came through and I was a bit conscious of my own noise, but unless you need to be sensory deprived and can't sleep with earplugs it's a non-issue.

Check-in staff seemed a bit 'aloof' about that breakfast is not available after 0900hrs. But at £11.50 I declined.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities excellent with tea and coffee and biscuits, the hotel clean and tidy, including the room, great value for money and an excellent location for my work, was able to park easily. The breakfast was excellent, some nice self service and a great choice, so overall a great experience and I will return on my next visit.

The noise from upstairs - the wooden floor from upstairs amplified the sound, which made it very noisy in the early morning
