Great location if you are going into Manchester. We were going to the Lowry so used the met all the way, with a stop off in the city centre for food.
Welcoming hosts, clean room, with an iron provided. Great shower. And a fan was in the room. Nice touch.
It couldn't be helped, but we had to have the window open in the heatwave, and Middleton Road is busy. We still slept well though as the bed was really comfortable

Quiet, comfortable, very clean, large room and very good value for money. Car park front and back so can keep an eye on your vehicle whichever room you're in.

The staff were friendly on check in and easy to park. Perfectly located hotel for an event at Heaton Park. Room was comfortable and clean with all facilities
In the morning I went to breakfast but was told you had to preorder it the day before. This was not mentioned on booking.com, or in the call with hotel where I had to pay by credit card before my stay and not even mentioned at check-in. Very frustrating with the price charged for the hotel and not exactly a small hotel either.

It’s clean, quiet and close to bus and tram stations.
The hot water is separated from the cold water in the washing basin

The room was nice and clean
Noisy traffic on main road
No water to wash hands or have a shower in the morning before leaving work- boiler was broken from last night since 9pm till 8am.
