Really lovely hotel, warm, clean and comfortable. Cleaning standards are very high. Beds and pillows heavenly. No noise disturbance at night. Ample parking. Staff pleasant and friendly. Didn’t get the chance to sample the breakfast but smelt delicious! Well recommended.

Flowers outside,lounge room to sit in was visiting mum with dementia,given groundfloor room she had had recent fall on stairs so that was amazing even though not staying with me it gave us a safe space to spend precious time

The room itself is tired
I have breakfast so I can’t comment on the food but I found it really odd that you had to ‘pre-order’ the day before?
I asked at reception if I could but some rubbish in the huge big Biffa bins and the answer was no. If I’d of left it in my room when I checked out then it would have ended up in there anyway. Strange.
It’s a very awkward atmosphere especially the bar area. I didn’t see 1 single person in there for the entire week apart from the staff sat watching TV.
