Buffet breakfast was replete with cold and hot options of all types: meats, eggs, cereal, toast, etc. There was access to the gym/swimming pool which was another plus. Room was well titivated daily, and the shower/bathroom was all that one could desire.
More square footage would've been nice, but much of the free space was occupied by an open wardrobe and ironing board (a plus and minus).

We always like the facilities and the breakfast
The temperature of the room was scorching hot when we arrived, almost to the point of it being unbearable and we almost asked to change rooms. We managed to bring it down by turning everything off and opening the window

We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing. There were many places to choose from for dinner that are within walking distance. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Staff was plentiful and all were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent facilities, hydrotherapy pool was fab, staff all so friendly and helpful, easy to get to.
Food in restaurant was okay, fine for the price.

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel in any country.
The hotel is located in a very safe and wonderful area.
The staff is the nicest staff I have ever met. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything about their hotel..
This hotel is amazing. They have a full gym and they have the best pool I’ve ever swam in any country..

The gym, and spa area are spectacular. Calum at the front desk was also very helpful and pleasant. We will be back to stay here again.
Rooms were basic and small but for the price, you get what you pay for. Still great value for money

Staff were very friendly and professional.
Room was small and basic but clean (although there was a lid left under the bed so not sure if under the bed had been cleaned). When I asked for more milk for the room at reception some was delivered by housekeeping before I'd got back to my room and boiled the kettle.
Pool was large and clean. It looked like there was a nice little spa area and large gym but I couldn't go in as was alone with my 10yo.
Handy location for Parrs Wood where we went to eat.
The room was small, especially the bathroom, and it was 26.5 degrees in the room even with the window open and fan on - it was a warm July day but not a particularly hot one. There is no aircon. I only live a few miles away and appreciate we don't normally need it in Manchester but it wasn't 26 degrees outside so not sure why the room was so hot.
