Wonderful
All the staff were super helpful and polite. The facilities were excellent and simple to use.
The bed was quite soft and the room was on the small size. It was fine though and a minor point.

Location near to Manchester airport. Leisure facilities, although we didn't use them. Nice bar area serving food.
Unfortunately there was a wedding party in the room next to the bar, and the music was SO loud - you could hear it clearly from our room. We had a really early flight the following day so needed sleep which was impossible with the noise. We asked management if there was anything they could do - they did ask DJ to turn it down but it made little difference. Music stopped at 2315, we were getting up at 0315. To be fair, we were given a partial refund.

rooms and breakfast where ok
one evening whilst trying to relax after work some strange guy hanging around the bar calling himself "MUCKY JOHN" was bothering my colleagues approaching them asking them if they fancied going back to his house for a "party", stating he would like them to do "things" to him and that he had a pair of fake boobs if the lads fancied it? obviously he got told to F'off and we never booked up again unfortunately

The swimming pool and gym facilities were good and the location was good.
The room was unbelievably small. When we first went to our room the toilet had been used and not flushed. At breakfast the cutlery and cups were not clean.

Wonderful
Great sports facilities and good rural location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Uniquely, this hotel provides access to a 25m pool which was perfect for swim training. I eat in the cafe and I enjoyed the food.
My only criticism would be the size of the rooms - they are a bit on the small size.

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel in any country.
The hotel is located in a very safe and wonderful area.
The staff is the nicest staff I have ever met. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything about their hotel..
This hotel is amazing. They have a full gym and they have the best pool I’ve ever swam in any country..
