Lovely staff, great location. Only slight issue is because of its location right in the city centre there is some noise but dealt with via wearing ear plugs. Lovely breakfast as well.

We needed a hotel for the 'Great Run Half Marathon. The start was adjacent to the Townhouse. Perfect! The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
No view in our rooms - but that wasn't what we came for, so no problem. Meals in the bar were ok but quite pricey.

Reception staff on check in were really abrupt, check out staff were much friendlier Room was roomy but basic. No fridge which is odd. Room temperature was difficult to control, air con was ok but then a radiator blasting out hot

Excellent central location, staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms, Good overall value for money. Easy access to shops, restaurants, nightlife, and taxi.
My room was small and slightly dated, and occasional noise issues - close to lift -. Due to the central location, street noise or sounds from nearby nightlife can sometimes be heard, especially my room was facing a busy area.

The Location was amazing, close to northern quarter, Chinatown and canal st
For a 4 star there was very basic refreshments. No coffee maker or even biscuits. The toiletries were also basic for a 4 star.

The location is why I booked it and that was really great. The room was great and had good views. The size is nice as well. The price of the hotel is truly great and gives you value for money.
The staff was stiff and rushed at checkin. Could've done a better welcoming job. The hotel has single glass windows and even I slept on the 5th floor I heard every bus and tram and people talk on the street. So if you're a lite sleeper this might be a challenge. Parking is really expensive in the area. I had to pay 33GBP so if you travel by car you might book a different hotel with own parking.

Comfortable twin beds, shower cubicle plus separate bath, excellent breakfast - hot and very very tasty. Outstanding member of staff, Jarmiah (apologies if spelling wrong) a very helpful young man who was great at explaining the tram stops/system to myself and my mum. He always acknowledged us and is a credit to the team.
