Lovely staff and very good breakfast. Room clean though could do with updating, bed comfortable.
Next to portland street. So noisy and frequent emergency services sirens. Never got a good night's sleep even though I asked for a quiet room. Got room 504 but certainly not quiet.
So never again.

Excellent location within walking distance of the train station, beautifully clean, delicious food & friendly staff! Florinda in particular was very attentive & helpful when I needed.

Central location. Excellent food. Nice decor. Warm and friendly hotel.
Only negative was that the bedrooms were too dark. Only had bedside lamps and 1floor lamp. Found it hard to see to do things. Had to go into bathroom to do medicine.

Met our expectations, and it suited us perfectly fine, and good to rest your head for a city stay, the staff were exceptional, despite being on a main road the room was sound proofed well, I think the cleanliness could be better, and I think it was a bit pricey for what was offered. However, it didn't disappoint and we were happy.

We received the requested early check in
The breakfast was cold, sausage anaemic, bacon undercooked and odd taste, hash potatoes hard and the black americano contained milk and was very weak.
We were informed just before our stay that the lounge/bar/restaurant was unavailable due to a private party.
We also upgraded to a kind executive suite which was a disappointing experience.
