Wonderful
well sized room with double & single bed, bathroom with a shower AND a bathtub!

We found on arrival that the receptionist spoke incredibly fast and was not particularly warm or welcoming. The woman on reception in the morning was marginally better but also quite cool. We couldn't open the window in our room which was annoying. However the level of cleanliness was very high.
Meeting and greeting could be a little warmer and friendlier.
Window keyhole be offered to open the window to allow fresh air.

Size of room was spacious
Very dark in the room with curtains open and all lights on.
Room needs a total clean as there was quite a lot of dust in corners and needs a like of paint to freshen up

The room 408 was nicely situated with views looking out over the city. This hotel itself is obviously an old building full of character, history and wonderful architecture.

Excellent value, location and facilities.
Bed a bit soft for me, and I had to keep my heel on the plug in the bath, but a great deep bath so not the end of the world.

The room was extremely spacious and fantastically equipped, georgues comfy bed and the air conditioning.... wow, it was absolutely red hot outside so was fantastic to walk into a lovely cool room. The location was fantastic with everything within walking distance, had cold water ready on arrival which was nice and super friendly staff 10/10 will be back
Everything was brilliant, cannot fault it but if you held a gun to my head and told me to pick something... no bottle opener in the room but thats literally just me trying to find something:)

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the conference centre and most attractions of the city centre. The room wide and comfortable and the breakfast was good and rich.
