The breakfast was delicious, piping hot and plenty of choice. We had a hen party next door who were quite noisy so I asked to move which was handled very well and with no issues.
It is a little outdated and the mattress was dipping

Good location trams near by and not far from train stations.
Crack in tile on bathroom floor but wasn’t sharp so didn’t really effect anything, also suppose they can’t help it a guest broke it.

Would have liked better lighting and dressing table. Coffee machine didn’t work and leaked. Not enough tea bags or milk. Room service food not great. Bedroom with no window.

Great location, staff were excellent and the hotel is spotless.
Breakfast was bland to be honest. Whilst there was the standard buffet, it was basic on the hot food side. The sausages were tasteless and there were only scrambled eggs which were rubbery. No tomatoes or black pudding or fried eggs which was disappointing for such a lovely hotel. I also didn’t like that the windows didn’t open at all in the bedroom so no fresh air. Small niggles only

We found on arrival that the receptionist spoke incredibly fast and was not particularly warm or welcoming. The woman on reception in the morning was marginally better but also quite cool. We couldn't open the window in our room which was annoying. However the level of cleanliness was very high.
Meeting and greeting could be a little warmer and friendlier.
Window keyhole be offered to open the window to allow fresh air.

Size of room was spacious
Very dark in the room with curtains open and all lights on.
Room needs a total clean as there was quite a lot of dust in corners and needs a like of paint to freshen up
Can’t see out of the window which is a shame
