All the staff were brilliant especially, Glynn on reception, he was absolutely amazing, professional and courteous.
Hotel was brilliantly located and clean, no complaints

very convenient close to station and theatres Breakfast ok
Room extremely hot and basic, no fridge or biscuits on tea tray . No plugs near bed for phone Walls baldly scuffed Didnt feel 4 stars . Staff weren't very friendly. Went to bar after the theatre with friends at 10.25 I asked the waiter if we could order a drink he stared at me turned around and walked away . Friends left bewildered I then found another girl and ask if we could order a coke and a water to take to our rooms and was told it was too late . when I asked the receptionist what time the bar closed for guest he didn't answer Friends stayed a other hotels nearby with much better facilities for same price or cheaper

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everywhere. Also the friendly staff was a compliment and she ensured for a great stay at the hotel.
The rooms are very clean and the bathroom was very nice.
Breakfast was super!!
In the area, very close of China Town, there are a lot of good restaurants.
We thought the beds were not very comfortable. You sank into it quite a bit.
