Im not sure we slept at all. The room had a window that was sealed shut and covered so we couldn't see through it. It transpired this was because we were in the alleyway. The noise all night was horrendous. The walls were also very thin. I could hear the person in the room next to us being violently sick. Absolutely will not be returning.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of choice.The chap that was on reception the day we arrived was very helpful,polite and answered our questions as if he really did care.
A small critism, considering its advertised as 4 star ,I think the hospitality tray was very basic,no biscuits ,hot chocolate etc.

Actually had two stays here in October this year: first for three nights, then just a one night stay.
Pros:
During my three night stay I was given a free upgrade to a bigger room which was so lovely! There was always hot water, rooms were clean during both my stays, beds were spacious and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location is very close to Chinatown and Oxford Road Train Station. They allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Really really enjoyed both my stays here and would definitely go back. Special shout out to Rebecca who was lovely and helpful.
Cons:
A smart TV would have been nice and I do wish the shower areas were a bit cleaner; there was some mold and I spotted a few silverfish in the tub but it didn’t affect my overall stay. When I stayed on the 3rd floor it was really nice but during my second stay I was on the 1st floor and there was a bit of noise from the streets so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Common bathroom on the ground floor is very dirty.

Great price for such a central location. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the hotel provided all the basic essentials I needed.
The shower temperature was probably one of the most difficult I’ve ever dealt with. The high water pressure combined with extremely sensitive knobs made it nearly impossible to find a comfortable setting.

Good buffet breakfast, friendly 24 hour staff service, fantastic location
Stained hand towels. Toilet flush was broken. Room temperature was far too high. Pillows were too soft
