Amazing location, got upgraded to a double king, the bathroom tub is amazing, bathroom in general is very spacious. Breakfast is OK.

Spacious, clean, well maintained apartment although the door lock of the master bed room sometimes gives us a trouble to open.
I would be perfect if each room will have a cloth hanger or a closet specially in the winter time.

Although this is a 4-star hotel, it actually feels more like a 3-star, so go in with that expectation. The rooms are quite spacious, although you can tell this place is old and has been kind of refurbished but on the cheap. However, the bed was comfy and there were tea/coffee facilities, which made for a nice one-night stay. The location is central and the price was very good.
There was no remote control for the heating system (air conditioning unit), so no heating for me that night!

All the staff were very friendly, Rebecca the receptionist looked after us when we were leaving, taking our cases to keep safe for us. The room was clean and lovely shower, good size beds too.

We got here a bit late, but Rebecca was so warm and welcoming! It was a really nice stay, and the breakfast was really good! We’ll definitely be back when we visit Manchester again!

Great location in a very hip and cool part of Manchester; lots of transportation options. Nice dining room and bar. Very big and comfortable room with big and comfortable beds. Although big windows faced the street filled with many weekend revelers, we were not disturbed by street noise.

The bed was extremely comfortable and we had an incredible city view from the top floor. It was very quiet and the staff were pleasant. Our room was kept clean and well stocked by housekeeping and the room/bathroom were very spacious. The design of the room felt like affordable luxury with vintage charm. It was our favorite hotel we stayed at on our trip! The location made it very walkable to everything we planned to do while visiting.
No complaints. We had a wonderful stay.

The front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. My room was spacious.
