Loved the locations as we were at the 02 ritz venue and was impressed with the overall feel of the hotel great decor very comfortable and loved bfast defo stay again

The building is the most stunning I've ever stayed in. This is a superb building with a staggering foyer and a beautiful staircase.
The staff were fantastic. The rooms were lovely. The location, especially for people using the train, is superb.
There was nothing I didn't like. The elevator situation could be improved - there is only one and during busy times this is a slow process.
However, due to this, we used the stairs and they're absolutely gorgeous. So if you're able to, I would use the stairs.

Beautiful hotel. Entrance and reception are gorgeous. Fabulous breakfast.
Poor organisation. Very late checking in. We still didnt have a room at 4pm. Rooms on ground floor arent great for the amount paid. No windows.

The hotel is gorgeous! Rooms are lovely and spacious.
The rooms were very cold. The heating wasn't on and the thermostat in all the rooms appeared not to work. We only stayed one night so we didn't flag this up.
