Breakfast was excellent. There wasn't a single thing you couldn't get there. Loved omelette station. The staff were genuinely happy to talk to you throughout the hotel and good fun. Cabs outside if you needed and trams to the Co-Op Arena right outside too. The location was superb. If you preferred to dine out there was lots of choice nearby.
There was a woman in the swimming pool at Rena spa FaceTiming a man and this continued into the women's changing rooms. Lack of privacy.

Rooms good size and clean, good location.
Felt completely untrustworthy, every time we tried to charge something to the room, it was the same question, ‘have you pre authorised your card’ yes we have, ‘I’ll have to go and check’. Every single time.

We loved how beautifully decorated the hotel was, it smelt amazing from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect, the room was stunning, and the bed was so comfortable. The bar was fantastic, breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were lovely, especially George, who really made our stay extra special.

Staff who I dealt with, Fifi, Marc & Charlie all wonderful and helpful. The young concierge on Friday afternoon was a delightful young man. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room upgrade was amazing-fabulous, spacious and the little extras were a petfect touch. Even the box of chocolates and note left in the room from the hotel staff wishing my friend a happy birthday was a gorgeous gesture. Breakfast was amazing and setved in a beauftiful room.

I arrived one hour before the check-in time they said the rooms are not ready, they checked me one hour and a half after the check in time, air condition is hot not working. Rooms are hot

Everything the staff amazing George on front desk was wonderful from the minute we arrived nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff .Bar staff are lovely especially the waitress will definitely return
