Provided an excellent gluten free breakfast with sausages which I’ve never had in any other hotel. Excellent position in the heart of the city.
Pillows were very hard which was are only complaint however I’m sure they would have changed them if we’d asked but we were late coming back and you don’t know until you go to sleep.

Location is really good for shopping, bars and eateries. Had high expectations of this hotel but in all honesty it’s nothing special.
Advertised on booking.com with subsidised parking at NCP, arrived and parked at NCP Manchester central, checked in to be told the discount code stopped working and parking was £33 a day. Rooms are okay, nothing special, not great when compared to other hotels in Manchester.
