Not really the luxury I expected at all. Poor communication prior to the stay and conflicting information provided when they did respond to emails/messages. The room has very poor lighting and quite poor facilities (more space to hang your clothes in a Premier inn than in the room provided). There was an event on (normal for a hotel) but the cafe in this luxury hotel decided it had no choice but to serve coffee in disposable cups. Not realy worth the price tag I'm afraid :0(

I had never been to Manchester and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised and happy. The hotel is in a perfect location so many restaurants everything in walking distance the staff at the hotel was impeccable so helpful especially Jade. She deserves 10 stars. The beds were so comfortable. The linens were luxurious. My room was quiet and peaceful the lobby bar was both quiet and also super busy at times. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I was disappointed about was the spa.
I was very underwhelmed with the spa. It was really busy the day I was there and the staff didn’t seem to be keeping up with the ladies locker room. The floors were wet, from so many people coming through. It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it to be.However in their defense, It was Manchester University graduation week and I think they were overwhelmed.

The staff were very polite and attentive. Bev M who served at breakfast is the most delightful woman an absolute diamond and credit to the hotel.

Wonderful
The hotel is beautiful! We loved how clean the rooms were, and also the breakfast was amazing! So much choice and it was delicious! The staff were all really friendly too!
The only downside I could give is that the heated towel rail was loose in the bathroom due to a screw that was hanging, although this didn’t affect our stay
