Impressive and glamorous. Great value for the suite! Staff were lovely especially on reception. Cleaners really friendly. Breakfast was great. The interior decor was beautiful
Some small signs of maintenance required in the room. Make up on the door.

It had a great location and the rooms were very nice and staff friendly
The service in the bar wasn't brilliant and the mini fridge smelt of fish but they sent up housekeeping to clean it.

Lovely hotel, staff and amenities.
The room was offered as an upgrade as we were kept waiting. It was appreciated that the hotel was at capacity, but we were kept awake by constant trams passing beside/beneath, which shook the room, making sleep impossible. The room also had a very dated bathroom with a bath and make do shower, not as per lesser rooms, which our friends were staying in, and we paid for with modern shower suites. Upgrade, we would say, downgrade, spoiled the occasion on this outing.
