Hotel guests can make use of The Rena Spa At The Midland's relaxation pool and thermal areas, for an extra charge. The Rena spa includes the aromatherapy steam room, beautiful Alder-Wood sauna and refreshing Arctic rain shower. As a hotel resident, you can book 1-hours complimentary use of our award-winning Rena Spa (subject to availability). Noise noise noise. Could barely sleep due to almost continuous metro noise. Cold cold cold. So cold in room thermostat not effective.

I loved the entrance and interior effort put into the hotel. Gorgeous architecture and designs. Great staff and lovely comfy stay.
The spa was quite small and limited facilities. If you are booking as a hotel guest you only get a one hour time slot allocated in your stay. This just includes the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

I attended a work conference at the hotel and the disabled parking was excellent opposite the hotel, also the accessible room was very good. My TV wasn't working correctly but Ben from maintenance came and replaced the arial quickly and efficiently.
The door wouldn't lock correctly, Ben from maintenance did look at this when he came to fic the TV and explained what I could do for the evening as the door needed to be fully fixed another time.
