It was clean and staff courteous.
The room was not to 5* standard. Curtain did not shut - allowed light in. No privacy net curtain - exposed to opposite flats. Aircon fan noisy - had to switch off to sleep. Bed was past its sell-by date - base damaged mattress uneven. TV did not work and instruction guide was to be from the TV.- so unable to get assistance. Only provided one teabag of earl grey , one bottle of water no toiletries. Found shower tray slippery on entrance tray. Toilet flush button behind lid when open - therefore lid shut in order to flush. This requires lid to be reopened to check cleanliness. Hair dryer very old requires replacement. Breakfast fruits were raw. Cooked omelet was oily and not appealing.

The location is amazing and the size of the rooms is perfect-very comfortable and spacious.
The breakfast could have been better. I found that the breakfast area and the utensils were not clean. Overall the hotel also needs renovation due to showing signs of wear and tear, especially the noisy air conditioning.

Clean, lovely comfy bed, nice toiletries. Modern luxury hotel. Amazing team so helpful and friendly especially Geena who goes over and beyond to give an exceptional guest experience.
I had heard so much about the Sunday lunch that I had to try it. Geena arranged for room service for me as I returned late from an academy I had attended.all day. I waited over an hour for it to be delivered and when it finally arrived it was cold. Breakfast was also disappointing as the pastries were cold and the coffee was tasteless in the restaurant. As my uber app wasn’t working the reception team booked my taxis in advance for me, however on the day of my departure I was told by the male receptionist who I think was the reception manager that they didn’t pre book taxis and that Victoria station wasn’t far so I should walk.
