Noise in the corridors outside our room 102 people coming in from nights out on & off til 2am..disturbing for us and our dog!

The Staff and the rooms not forgetting the great breakfast. Geena the customer experience ambassador went out of her way to be helpful.Her idea of the Christmas tree hanging photos of clients photo picture memories was a fun idea .

We love the hotel - having been a couple of times before but felt that this time the hotel is flourishing and the staff were exceptional on this visit- the concierge ; reception staff ; bar and restaurant staff and housekeeping . The room was lovely too .

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Staff in reception were friendly.
The reception is not flattering. Elevator was dirty. Room service for breakfast. £32 and it was not a full spread, they disnt even give me toast. Wall lights in corridors are far to bright. The roomsbare big and nicely decorated. But they iffer nothing in the form of free complimentarys. Apart from 2 sanitary bags. The hotel is not a 5 star standard. Its miles off. I dont understand how this managed to get tge fifth star. Much nicer hotels with better standards for same price. Even upon checkin I had messaged the hotel directly, I did not recieve a replying. That alone shows they are unattentive

The hotel is lovely however, there are nicer places in Manchester for the money. We were disappointed with the room and found it very basic, not outdated or anything but just missing little touches
No privacy curtain in the room so had to have them closed as apartments opposite could see straight in! No fridge in room, room very basic and we were shocked to know spa was an additional cost. Other local hotels have this included for the same price so just felt everything was additional
