Spacious , easy code entry . Good wifi
Excellent location . Costa coffe just a minute's walk . Available place for short parking for loading or unloading your luggage .
The shower space is narrow , spider webs can be seen near the windows , overall lighting is quite dim .

Location was great just near the Manchester Arndale and the shopping street . there are a lot of resturants and cafes around the area. The apartment itself was a decent size. we had two apartments, one with one bathroom, the other was with two bathrooms.
although we were located on the 14th floor the noise was unbelievable! we thought that we were on ground floor. we could hear people laughing on the street. we had to open the windows as the apartments didn't have ACs

The rug from the open space room was super dirty, I would personally get rid of it if I were the management. The reception staff was not that friendly.

I like the cleanliness and the staff's willingness to assist.
The stools (chairs) in the studio (Suits) were very uncomfortable and high, not tailored for everyone—exceptionally low-quality toilet tissue and not other tissues like kitchen or hand tissues.

Clean, well outfitted. I loved the separate kitchen door. Bathroom was spacious and had a massive mirror. Two televisions (bedroom and living room)
The balcony door malfunctioned and refused to close. From the looks of it, this has happened before. Staff were very responsive and quickly came to close it but it meant I wasn’t able to enjoy the balcony on a beautiful day because I want going through that again. The ironing board was also quite short, just above my knees and I am short. The plugs are oddly placed in the living room and bedroom (I had to iron in the corridor because of this)

Excellent location, amenities and the staff were amazing! I had 5 apartments booked and all of them were perfect!
The lifts were super slow and there was a long wait to get down to the lobby. A very minor con of the building

I expected the basic but was much more than that ( washing machine and laundry pads provided, functional towel drying rack in the bathroom , bed was comfortable- on the soft side)

Location was good, and spacious.
Hadn’t be cleaned, underwear had been left in the bathroom, politely asked the room was checked and cleaned. We then went out and came back hours later, underwear was still on the floor. The property was extremely hot, no ac or fans.

A friendly welcome on arrival, a very spacious and comfortable apartment with milk and water in the fridge and amazing views of the city, with the option of enjoying a balcony which stretched for the length of the apartment. The location is perfect for the northern quarter attractions.
I didn't find anything to dislike.

Also, the quiet, separated bedroom space. I slept well here.

Location and size of apartment while staff support excellent.
Cleanliness. Second day found out under bed was extremely dusty, when cleaning several moths appeared and then found same situation on one of the bedroom closet.
