Friendly staff. Great location. Lovely suite, nice and clean.
There were several rooms in the suite which were locked but at night there was a light on in the room and no means to turn off the light, so light switch must have been on the other side of the door. My gf found this a little creepy!

well sized apartment with great views and balcony
parking was a mission! and needed a VERY skilled driver to get into the space without damaging the car - and took about 15mins of shuffling to do it. But the staff are aware and are willing to help!

I have stayed here before and the room was immaculate, this time I could see stains on the duvet and the couch cushion which then makes me feel it’s not as clean as it should be.

Perfect location to walk everywhere in centre city and 1 mile walk to train station, and a couple of blocks to the trams and buses. Staff was awesome, apartment spotless and very nice with a great view.

Loved everything about the apartment, the location was perfect, staff was really friendly and overall a very warm, cozy and welcoming environment.
They didn't have Netflix on the TV. Nobody cleaned our room during our stay.

It’s an extremely great location, in Piccadilly square. Close to St. Peter’s Square, the Manchester Museum and the Central Library. Loads of shops and fast food restaurants.
The property was clean and well maintained. The water in the shower would run cold rather quickly and left members of our group taking ice cold showers. (Apt. 1502)
