Location is good. 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station. Breakfast was good.
They say they ve a bar. But when asked for a drink at 10.30 pm they said they ve no licence. So really they don't have a bar.

The staff was very friendly and the location great
the ceiling started leaking around 6.00 am not just a leaking it was a like a heavy rain inside my room, my clothes were wet I had an organised tour that day to Yorkishire I didnt have comfortable clothes left, my trip was all ruined. Reimboursment was promised but 2 weeks and still didnt hear anything from booking.com.

The location is perfect, near to the Piccadilly Station. The staff is very kind & friendly. Good value for money, The room is spacious and clean. Overall, I am satisfied.

The location is really fantastic!
The room had no window (we were aware if this) but it also had no ventilation or air circulation. We had to prop open our door with a trash can to get some oxygen, plus it smelled really musty. The walls are not sound proof at all so we heard every movement in the corridor and the rooms close to us. The carpet on the floor was not clean and was very worn/scuffed and detached from the walls like a gate to the Upside Down. The walls need repainting. The toilet did not flush properly.
The breakfast was bland and overpriced.

Location was central
Duty manager was rude and obnoxious. Showed contempt when genuine issues raised initially to do with shower malfunctioning and burning me, as the taps got stuck and wouldn’t turn off and then when moved to a second room that was cold and nosy was aggressive and hostile when this was mentioned on the third day. Was shouting in front of other customers and when told customer had disabilities started screaming about his own alleged health issue- so why is he working if he doesn’t want to be there ?

Good location. However as do the homeless tramps sleeping under cardboard!
Room like a shoebox. Smelled. Dated. Mouldy shower. Uncomfortable bed. One one socket in whole room - however as it was no bigger than wardrobe not surprisingly. £200 for a night in the worst room I have ever stayed in. Completely ripped off.

The location was superb, right in the heart of Piccadilly Gardens, making everything very easy to reach. The room was nice, though a little dated, but it was clean, spacious, and had everything needed for a short stay.
The whole hotel is fine, but everything was a little dated.

Property was in a good location…. The reception staff friendly, room was comfortable even without a window.
The smoke alarm went off twice during the early hours and whilst I paid for late checkout on still had the cleaning staff knocking on the door at 11:30…..
