Wonderful
Room very clean & comfortable. Ideal location for food ,drink & Piccadilly train station . Far cheaper to stay here & then head to airport than stay at the airport hotels. Left too early for breakfast sadly.
Some of the locals were a little loud late afternoon.

The staff were very nice, they would answer at any time.
For my three nights, tow of it wasn't good. There was too much noise upstairs on the 5th floor , which made me not sleep well!.

Very Poor
The only positive thing about that hotel is the fact that it’s in the city center, and you can take a walk to many attractions. I didn’t like anything about the property. The carpet was extremely dirty. The hallway smelt so bad and the elevator was smelling like a urinal.
The smell is very bad. The carpets are dirty and not getting washed. In my bathroom, I found my toilet brush covered in poop. It was very dirty. I couldn’t use the facilities properly because I felt uncomfortable with the smell and the dirt. I had to go buy bleach spray and clean that entire room. when I used my antibacterial wipes over the bedframe. It was very dirty. The bed frames had not been getting cleaned. They need to do better. I didn’t get value for my money, especially with the added breakfast fee. It was only English breakfast, bakery items and cereal. There weren’t many options for a buffet breakfast. It was such a let down. I couldn’t wait to check out out of the place.

The location was excellent
Very dated , rooms were too hot and smelled fausty. Some of the staff on reception weren’t very accommodating.

Location is perfect right in the heart of the city
Bed was too small for 2 bulky people and reception couldn’t accommodate a twin bedroom with separate beds which is very disappointing and reason why I won’t stay in this hotel again in the future neither will I recommend to friends and family

Location. Top level staff. Clean room
No bog brush to remove streaks Carpets outside corridors need cleans on a regular basis Licks of paint on door frames wouldn't go amiss, that said it was under current standards across Northern Europe it was value for money

Very Good
The location was unreal! Directly in the city centre and only a short walk from the station, was good value for money and room was spacious.
The lift was broken and we were on the very top floor, the room was very dark even in the daytime and very very hot!
