Everything was fine for what I needed it for, I was not there for long, I wanted the cheapest hotel near Manchester Airport as I had to catch a plane at 6:30 AM. Trains run from Picadilly Station very early so this worked better then paying twice as much for one at the airport.
Room might be a bit noisy if there are noisy guests coming and going in the other rooms. There weren't when I stayed there but could hear sound from the corridor a bit. I didn't have a problem with it, but if you are a light sleeper you might.

Nothing really, staff trying their best in bad circumstances
Everything. Dirt, Smell of d***s in corridors, Dangerous atmosphere. Awful place.. shouldn’t be on site.

My one night stay was a positive experience. Very centrally located. The double room was very comfortable. The ambience of the hotel was pleasant. I would consider staying here again.

Location, reasonable price around £50 and lovely staff.
Can't be loud if window open with homeless hanging out in back alleys but not hotel or staffs fault. Just annoying when it's a heat wave and can't breath lol

Perfect location, reasonable prices and polite staff
The door next to the stairs always banging all morning with people going in and out. Non stop from early hours until check out. Maybe that should be jammed open in the morning. Was annoying.

The reception staff were professional and courteous, and friendly and helpful too.
I didn't dislike anything. A clean and comfortable room with very many facilities right in the centre of the city for around £30, that is a real bargain.
Who doesn't like a bargain and a clean and well-equipped room in the centre of a major city?
