Location was ideal for our trip. Nice and comfortable lobby area. Very clean.
Very noisy from the streets outside, even when on 4th floor. I would take ear plugs! Room was very cold heater switched off but didn’t take long to warm.

Location was perfect for what we needed, very nice reception area and the breakfast was lovely also, just what we needed after a few slurps the night before....
If I was being picky I'd say the rooms could do with updating a touch..... The reception area was lovely... Then you get to the staircase!!!! Like a step back in time, but with that said the price of the stay was spot on for a budget hotel don't expect the Ritz.... Overall quite satisfied all n all... Would I stay again???? Yes.... And would recommend....

Everything. £150 to not get a. Breakfast and be spoken to like dirst off the staff ! rooms weren’t clean and could barely open the window and was extremely stuffy. Stairs disgusting and dirty leading to the room.

Breakfast was superb..cooked to order.lots of choice Bed was extremely comfortable Room was warm. Staff super friendly 10 min walk to Manchester victoria train station. V close to all shopping

Location - very central and near the station
Photos nothing like those online. The cold tap didnt work after you flushed the toilet - were the 2 linked? Shower almost impossible to turn on and off. The decor very shabby and it smelled of a mix of sprouts and weed when you walked into the hotel. £5 to leave your bags there for a bit after you checked out. Bed time as really hard and uncomfortable. I have never written poor review before so I’m not usually picky!

The location is fantastic, transport options nearby, a pub next door and a few steps away from the Christmas markets and lots of shops and restaurants. We managed to park a 5 minute walk away and it was really easy to get to the metro to a concert we attended. The breakfast menu looked nice and the staff were nice. We had a nice view of some city streets but without any noise bothering us.
There wasn't parking provided and the hotel didn't inform us of nearby options so we had to figure that out online. There were only minimal toiletries provided but we had everything we needed with us so wasm't a problem. The radiator was set on full blast so the room was extremely hot although we did manage to turn it down later. Would have been nice to have had a fridge in the room, but overall everything was good.

Only 1 free plug socket in room and that was for the kettle!! Need at least 2 as a minimum. No hairdryer.

The Value for the hotels rooms area lovely especially for the area where the hotel is, very easily accessible with being in the city centre.
The beds in our room 301 were like sleeping on bricks. not as comfortable as pervious stays with rooms on the first floor with nice soft beds to sleep on. Due to the beds, this is why I have rated so low for comfort as me and my friend have been in better rooms in the hotel.
