Wonderful
The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very conveniently located, literally across the street from manchester picadilly train station.
Nothing, I had zero issues with my stay.

Lovely comfortable bed and very nice shower. Right opposite station and trams and easy after hours access so perfect for my trip to CoOp Live arena for the BRITs. Old building on busy street but secondary glazing was amazing. Once closed could barely hear a thing. Nice bread for toast with jam and marmalade and good choice of cereals and fruit. Only there one night so couldn't speak to the area or the pub but my stay was great.
Quite a few stairs but I was expecting that anyway as it is above an old pub. Glad I had my eye mask for sleeping as the green emergency light is right above the bed.

Great location and a really nice place to stay. Welcoming staff, shown to room, room really clean, comfy and modern facilities with some nice little touches like orange juice, tea, coffee, toiletries etc.
Unfortunately when we went to get the breakfast it had already gone.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and cosy the bed was comfy. Breakfast was good as you could take it back to your room. Location perfect for the event we were attending a short walk to the shops museums and restaurants.
The bathroom was clean the shower was good but the toilet although very clean wouldn’t flush at times.
