It was definitely convenient as walking distance to town centre. It was clean and had everything we would need - iron, ironing board etc.
Our room overlooked the main road which meant it was extremely noisy - definitely not effective double glazing! Room was also hot but couldn’t open the windows due to noise. Who knew that drivers in Manchester toot their horns all day and through night?!

Not much really! Did not live up to the description and pics!
The room, was supposed to be a ‘deluxe’ twin, very disappointing. Carpet dirty, stained. Bin not emptied from previous guests. One bed had to be changed due to hairs in the bed. No facilities when got back from out evening out…not able to get hot drinks in ‘snack’ area, no ice as staff unable to access kitchen

The service was great I had emailed them to try to move rooms which was appreciated,staff were great , Ethan the night manager was a Star and very knowledgeable about Manchester. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
Our only gripe was the nightclub which seemed very close and you can here everything that's going on on the next room.

Lydia was the lady on reception. She is an absolute credit to you. She was amazing as I had got lost on the way and my sat nav had taken me around manchester through bus lanes so by the time I got to the hotel I was very distraught. Lydia was amazing she listened to me and calmed me down. She was so kind to me it made me cry again but in a good way because she was so lovely. She is definatley a credit to your company.

Excellent location for going into Manchester City centre. Helpful that parking is available onsite. Great breakfast. Comfy bed. Great space in the room we had.

Close to station, good ambience, spacious rooms, spacious bathrooms, luxurious and good. Receptionist was very welcoming. Free coffee and lounge was there. Toiletries were not given in the rooms. Breakfast was good.
Evrything was good, maybe include toiletries in the rooms as well
