Central location for business. Close to several restaurants. Price-quality ok.
Noise from the street was loud. In 3 night they did not make the bed once,what can be expected in a so called 4* hotel

- Sofa & throw is very old and worn.

location- very central within walking distance to the city centre
breakfast- plenty of choice, very tasty, lovely coffee

Rooms were a little tired and not cleaned very well. Ladies and gents toilets in reception area were dirty and not well stocked.

Convenient location, well mannered staff
Stayed here a few years ago when it first opened, so decided to use again as we was going to the ao arena which is about a mile away so great location ,unfortunately this hotel is in desperate need of a upgrade ,apart from the reception area ,the rest of the hotel is dated . And where once there was a bar in the lobby ,that has been replaced by a vending machine, the room was nice enough ,bed was uncomfortable, was a dip in the mattress ,the tv on the wall was in a completely useless position, couldn't see it from the bed ,and downstairs where it was situated, there was only 1 chair ,needs a sofa ,the blinds on the window need replacing with blackout ones ,if your on a budget ,not a bad hotel ,but I wouldn't have liked to have paid more than the £90 we paid for 1 night stay plus a extra £15 for parking

Easy to access, fast checkin, huge room and very convenient for the price. The location is also good, just a few steps from the city centre
