The hotel receptionists Brianna and Ethan were brilliant. They looked after us so well and couldnt do enough to help. They were so warm and welcoming, and nothing was to much trouble. The room was lovely. Basic but very clean and tidy. Perfect for a central Manchester stay near the Cathedral. We will be back 100% The hotel management should be very proud of their team. Thank you for a lovely stay

Very friendly, we arrived early and were given access to our room ahead of checking time. We also recieved a free upgrate which was really lovely as it was my birthday!
Parking is paid but it was a fair price considering the location.
