Lovely big 2 floor apartment. Modern, clean, extremely comfortable. Within easy reach of city centre & Salford Quays. Parking attached to hotel. Lovely lady on reception - credit to the hotel.
Streaming service or Chromcast would be welcome.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and got upgraded which was a bonus.
Only problem was the walls were very thin so I could hear everything in the rooms either side.

I always stay here when I travel for work and studies. The place is so clean and lively. And the staff are beyond. The blonde lady on reception has been so lovely each one of my stays she’s so welcoming and friendly. And also a young lady named Nick these two I couldn’t have asked for better.

Not that much to be honest.
The receptionist was quite rude, requested early check in and before even checking the system I got a straight 'check in is at 3' without even a raised eye. Once explained a quick glimpse at the system 'we didnt get a request, check in at 3' response. Very rude. The squeak of floorboards in the room is terrible. Walls are paper thin, we could hear someones TV from 3 rooms down. Toilet stinks of the sewers. No headboard. Pillows rockhard neck was killing me the next day. The hallways are roasting. Woke up at 3am soaking in sweat as our room was boiling hot managed to open a window but my husband was physically sick due to the heat. Toilet was broken within first use. Card didn't work twice for the room so up and down from 3rd floor to reception. Location is a good 15 minute walk from majority of things. Not my best stay and wouldn't be back unfortunately

Really friendly staff. Nick especially was excellent. Friendly. Gave us recommendations. Good clean room, in a good location to Spinningfields and Deansgate.
