Beautiful room. Absolutely spotlessly clean! Staff were friendly and accommodating. 10 minutes walk to spinning fields and a 2 minute walk to Sainsbury’s express. Tea, coffee and milk in our little kitchen. Wished we were staying longer
A little bit funny to find with the entrance with SatNav but don’t let put you off at all

Wonderful
Friendly staff. Good value apartment with kitchen area and fridge. Huge space over two floors. Good location for central Manchester and Salford.
The hob in the kitchen area was a bit temperamental but the staff allowed us to use the one in the next room until it was fixed.

We have stayed here before and find it a great hotel and great location, very friendly staff, breakfast was included which deserves 10/10
It was the first time we had a room without a window, which was fine but we book a room without a window in future , it was a last minute booking.

I picked this hotel because of the beautiful looking mezzanine room. I really loved the space, the kitchenette in the room. The receptionist who checked me in was also very nice and pleasant.
Nothing particularly. I guess the lounge area where the tv is could have had a bit more cozy furnishing or more adjustable lights. But those are really minor.

Pleasant
Fantastic location for Aviva Studios for attending a concert, just a few minutes walk.
Great location for accessing the Arndale shopping centre - a few minutes walk from the free bus service that takes you to the centre.
Entrance and foyer was nice, free hot drinks from the machine and staff polite and helpful. Having rooms with a kitchenette is brilliant and one of the main reasons for booking this hotel.
I would book again for these reasons however I would adjust my expectations, and would only book when an offer was on and with a guarantee that our room was on a certain side of the building.
Unfortunately, there is no mention of noise pollution anywhere, which I feel guests should be made aware of (I have seen this with other hotels). It is next to a road which is fairly noisy although this did not bother us too much. However, the second room we were in had an issue with the window and a horrific draft came through, creating quite a noise. Also, we were in the pitched roof room and it sounded like the wind was swirling and howling over (or it could have been the window) and this was pretty bad. There is a nightclub opposite and on Saturday night the music and bass coming through was awful. I checked the times online and it was open until 5am! Thankfully it did shut early.
The walls are paper thin; I had earplugs in (due to wind noise) and was woken up by voices in the next room. I wrapped my pillow around my head and I could still hear them. My daughter could hear TikTok videos on the other side's phone.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable, one side more then the other so as I was on my own I could choose the more comfortable side, but the mattress was quite lumpy and thin.
We booked the breakfast, which said a full English. However, it was turkey rashers rather than bacon and different sausages. We did not eat anything and asked for a refund due to expecting bacon and sausages as part of a full English breakfast. I had seen reviews online about this after I booked and it is because of the owner's beliefs. I feel this should be made clear to guests as it is misleading.
I booked a mezzanine room, as we wanted the kitchenette area, and in the picture there was s sofa. I messaged the hotel beforehand to ask if a fold out bed could be provided as it was myself and 15 year old daughter traveling and they said this was not possible. My daughter decided she would sleep on the sofa so this was fine. On arrival the room we were given was nothing like the picture and it only had a chair.

Large, bright & airy room with good facilities - hair dryer, iron & ironing board, tea & coffee provided.
Comfy bed & good light, phone wake up call available,
Bathroom was modern and clean with a bath & over bath shower.
Receptionist was very helpful and friendly, plenty of parking and safe/secure building close to the arena.
Ground floor room windows opened straight into the street & not frosted glass so quite visible in bed or the bathroom etc

Good
Easy location and on site parking. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast good
Bedroom very hot (we turned off the radiators and left the window open all day and was still very warm at night! We stayed here in March) and we were main road side so was a little noisy with window open. Bathroom door didn’t fully shut.

Wonderful
Really good location, clean, good facilities. Massive rooms.
If people are in the hallway you can hear them as if they’re in the room but besides that it was very quiet. There was a dodgy spotlight in our bathroom which kept turning on and off which made using the bathroom mirror difficult as it’s the only good lighting for getting ready.

Disappointing
The bed was comfortable
Not like the picture the one I booked was a bigger room (floor space) and there was no door to the shower It was clear view from the bed which wasnt on the image I booked and not said in description. The bath mat was dirty im not sure if it was mould but it was black, one of the taps wasnt secure on the side, one of the radiators was on alot and couldn't turn it off as the knob was broken, there was a red stain going across the room on the carpet and the room was just too close to outside road it was quite load with the cars going past.
