Location is decent, less than 20 minutes walk to most places of interest in Manchester. Room was decent, good facilities and clean.
The room was boiling hot in the bedroom piazza. Really difficult to sleep because of this. All radiators in the room were switched off but I ended up sleeping on the sofa downstairs with the window open as it was too hot to sleep upstairs in the bed.

Great location right next to the tattoo studio we were working at, parking prices was reasonable compared to the other car parks and the staff were super nice
If I had to be super picky the room could use some new pillows and the bathroom a little TLC but the stay was great
