Spacious room
Needs a bit of updating due to the bleach marks on the carpets all around the building. Our bed was 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double as booked. Breakfast was mediocre.

Wonderful
Initial room we were given had no windows so felt quite clausterphobic. We asked to be moved and got a really large room which was quite nice. Did not have air conditioning but a small table fan was present. Only comment was that the TV in the room was probably too small for the size of the room as the acoustics was a bit poor - had to have it on really high to hear the audio. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were great - Esp Reece who was ever so helpful.

Good value, great location for where we needed to go. Free coffee on the reception
Little info given by reception staff. House keeping doesn’t happen (we stayed 2 nights) I believe that you have to specifically request this? If so it would have been helpful to have been told! Shower temperate is hit and miss. Hot one day and lukewarm the following.
TV didn’t work, we were told it needed retuning. After that it needed retuning every time we put it back on. Didn’t sleep that well, any conversations by anyone on the same floor can be heard as if they are in the room with you plus woken at 4am one night by people shouting and messing around.

Great spot and one of the few with onsite parking
I booked a mezzanine room for the first time as expected it to be of a higher quality due to higher price but actually it was missing lots of very basic things. Like only 2 glasses for a sleeps 4 room, no teaspoons lights broken in the downstairs loo and very sparsely furnished, the desk had nothing on at all not even a lamp. In fact no mood lighting of any kind in the living area, or even a cushion or throw on the sofa. The coffee table could only hold a drink in the centre or it would tip entirely (as it was circular)
The bed was a basic small double when there would be room for a king.
Save your money and book a double.
ainscow you need to up your game a bit and refurb basic uncostly items

Great location and room size/amenities. Stayed a few times now and no issue with the room itself. It don’t have aircon and it was during a heatwave but they placed a fan in the room.
The check in time is inaccurate online. On Booking.com it says 2pm, but it’s actually 3pm and they won’t let you check in early. I told the staff member and she said they know it’s wrong, but she didn’t seem to care or advise it was being looked into which was disappointing.

Nice, modern hotel. Room was spacious and clean
Some wear and tear evident. For example, cracked tiles in the bathroom, chipped paint on the window ledge, and stains on the carpet

Location
Stayed there 3 nights no room cleaning everything hard work asking for clean towels and amenities seems to be run by kids no management worst was I was contacted by someone named Reece on reception as to whether I was staying another night check out times were already agreed around 1230/1pm
I informed Reece I would try and let him know by then
At 1:20pm I returned to my room to find the door wide open and a lady having thrown my lovely ironed neat clothes into a black plastic bin bag with my toiletry bag - She saw my absolute horror and apologised replying Reece had told her to clear out my stuff AVOID THIS TOILET AT ALL COSTS
