Great spacious room with kitchenette and very comfy bed. Excellent parking rate. Fab location especially for Aviva studios. All equipment needed for a few days stay
Sofa was stained and very tired but throws were provided. No airconditioning however fans were provided. Did find the bath/ shower very high to get into. Carpets in corridors very bleached and stained. Breakfast was ok but not the best.

Close proximity to city centre and train station.
The old dirty carpet really could do with taking it off completely.

Poor
Room was clean.
No A/C in the deluxe apartment we had booked - how is it rated a 4 star hotel if there’s no air conditioning. We couldn’t check in at 3pm which is the time listed because the room wasn’t ready. Reception staff weren’t very friendly, a bit blunt and not hospitable. Average rooms nothing special at best a 3 star hotel. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend

Overall the stay was really good. Staff were helpful, attentive and polite. Food was lovely.
Squeaky floors in the room and hallways. Fan was broken. Iron did not work well. Paying for parking on top of the hotel fees. Bed was small and felt cheap.

Good
Our apartment did not have sufficient toilet paper. We had to go down to reception on our 2nd morning to get more. Also the kitchen sink was missing a plug. And the sitting room light flickered.

Pleasant
Location was excellent for what we wanted, reception staff very good, having a bath.
Small room, a bit soulless, public spaces very lacking, but the worst was the breakfast. It was inedible. I’ve not had such poor quality food in a while. Couldn’t eat any of it.

The location was great for what we needed. Short walk into town. Room we had was very spacious and even had a small kitchen area for cooking if needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful . The bed was very comfortable and big.
The room could do with a bit of an update. Carpet needed changing and the sofa was a bit old. The shower was it the bath which I am not a big fan of but was perfectly fine and usable. Overall the room was good for our two night stay. Oh and had to pay extra for the car park which was £15 a night.

Clean, large room, good facilities, shower and bathroom was very good
It's was unbearable hot no air conditioning just provided with a very small fan, it was 33 degrees outside middle of a heatwave so in normal British weather I would highly recommend staying just not in extreme summer heat
