The staff were reasonable
The only place clean was the bathroom, but I had a bath, and the plug was broken so it wouldn't empty. I stayed two nights, but the room wasn't cleaned, so there was no refill of drinks or fresh towels. For the price of over £250 , which didn't include breakfast, I was stunned they didn't service the room. Not value for money at all.

The staff were friendly, there was a bath in the room, the rooms were clean, there was a tv.
The plug for the bath was broken, the only coffee they provided in the rooms were decaf, there was no door for the bathroom, the bed was small and uncomfortable and I was not aware you had to pay £14.50 to park your car.
