We were given a complimentary upgrade to a spacious 2-bedroom apartment which made our stay even better. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable with amazing views through the huge windows. The location was perfect, right next to the train station, making it really convenient. The service from the staff was incredible throughout our stay — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had such a lovely stay.
Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect if you are traveling by train to Piccadilly station, we used trains almost every day, so very convenient. The airport train also goes there. Also walkable to numerous restaurants and grocery stores.
Apartment was spacious and clean.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Secure luggage storage lockers available for use pre and post checkout, for small fee.
There is a motion censored light in the apartment hallway that is extremely sensitive and goes on and off constantly, and ca be seen from every room in the place. Makes it impossible to use the bathroom at night without blinding your partner. We could not find a switch to turn it off. In Staycitys defense, we did not ask for a resolution, so there may be an easy remedy, like removing the bulb. This is more a recommendation to the hotel to maybe switch this feature.

The location was very convenient for the city centre and if traveling by train to Picadilly, would be perfect. It's convenient for trams and buses too. The apartment was clean and the beds were fine.
The only issue was noise, with people shouting/talking in the street outside most of the night. Not a problem for me but my wife didn't sleep well. I guess it's a trade off between that and the location so it's not really a complaint but if you are a light sleeper consider earplugs.
