Location is perfect if you are traveling by train to Piccadilly station, we used trains almost every day, so very convenient. The airport train also goes there. Also walkable to numerous restaurants and grocery stores.
Apartment was spacious and clean.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Secure luggage storage lockers available for use pre and post checkout, for small fee.
There is a motion censored light in the apartment hallway that is extremely sensitive and goes on and off constantly, and ca be seen from every room in the place. Makes it impossible to use the bathroom at night without blinding your partner. We could not find a switch to turn it off. In Staycitys defense, we did not ask for a resolution, so there may be an easy remedy, like removing the bulb. This is more a recommendation to the hotel to maybe switch this feature.

The location was very convenient for the city centre and if traveling by train to Picadilly, would be perfect. It's convenient for trams and buses too. The apartment was clean and the beds were fine.
The only issue was noise, with people shouting/talking in the street outside most of the night. Not a problem for me but my wife didn't sleep well. I guess it's a trade off between that and the location so it's not really a complaint but if you are a light sleeper consider earplugs.

Staff was excellent, Location was good, very near to Piccadilly Station, the apartment has everything we need
Beds are a bit uncomfortable as they sag more in the center. Moreover, the large double bed was actually two single beds joined together so the mattress was bigger than the bed and extended beyond the bed width.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The unit was bright and nicely furnished/decorated. The staff was lovely. We really enjoyed and appreciated how helpful all the front desk staff were. There was also a lovely lounge in the lobby where we waited for our train the day we were leaving. It was nice to have someone comfortable to wait with two lovely flavored water dispensers and access to the bathroom.
There could be more toiletries in the bathroom. Also, there were no extra linens in the unit, having a few extra blankets and towels would be lovely.

Great location, perfect for the families. Two bedroom apartment has a bathroom attached to master bedroom. Very convenient.
We stayed 3 night. Apartment wasn’t cleaned even once at this period of time.

Great location and great compromise if you don't like classic hotels but also want a reliable apartment service. Walking distance to city centre, next to Piccadilly train station, it was an ideal location for a business stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. This is a great choice if you want to be independent, be able to cook and do your laundry, and just have a small flat, undisturbed. Great value for money too.
