Staff was accommodating. Had problems with our room when we checked in and we were quickly given a better room.
The location is so central - right at the train station - but with modern amenities not associated with typical train station hotels.
Right outside there are lots of eateries and free city buses!
Sofa beds are not very comfy but I guess one could have selected a booking with a proper bed.

Staff was super friendly and supportive. The space was clean and organized and also smelled good. Loved the hospitality and attentiveness. Overall a very great experience!

I had a 1-bedroom apartment, which was excellent, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Amenities provided include an induction cooker, microwave, iron, washing machine, hair dryer + 2 sofabeds in the lounge. I strongly recommend

Staff were courteous, helpful, responsive and even gave us an upgrade upon request, The location were excellent (next to Piccadilly and other amenities/shops nearby) and the room just met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and available features/amenities. Strongly recommend!!!
The sofa beds were a bit too old and the heat did not seem to be working properly.

Location was excellent . Just next to picadilly station. Nice compact apartment with 1 room n sofa beds . Bedding was provided . Towels all good. Loved the provision of coffee pods and coffee powder. Staff was very friendly and responsive . Security is good. Lots food choices nearby in station and surrounding areas.love the large windows and chill.vibes. temperature control was excellent. No noise good sleep.. check in check out was excellent fast. We were happy to get early.check in without charge.. clean comfortable.
Unable to switch of the doorway lights . Water from shower needed tinkering with hot and cold taps and showed inconsistent mixing of water throughout bathing. Water can suddenly go cold and then warm again
