The staff were nice, really helpful, went out of their way to help. They were nice to our children. They upgraded our room without us asking for it. It is super modern and clean. The location can't get better than that.

אין טלויזיה בחדר שינה. מכונת כביסה הייתה רועשת במצב סחיטה. מכונת כביסה היא גם מייבש ובמצב ייבוש בגדים, נתקעת בשלב אחרון ולא ניתן לפתוח את הדלת עד לקירור המכונה- לוקח כמה שעות...

Clean hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance of Manchester Piccadilly Station, restaurants, shops, and other amenities.
* Rooms are surprisingly small for the price. * Rooms facing the loading area suffer from very loud noise due to poor sound insulation. * The hotel allows pets, which may raise hygiene concerns for some guests. * Overall, the rates are too expensive considering the room size and overall value.

The location was perfect for arriving in Manchester at Piccadilly Station. If you're traveling to the city by train and want an incredibly easy-to-get-to hotel, this is the location! The room itself was also comfy and very homey. The kitchen was especially nice!

We had a wonderful stay at Staycity Aparthotels Manchester! The location was fantastic and convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was clean, and offered a legit, comfortable space for the three of us. The front desk staff were very friendly. The next morning when we were heading to Moose Coffee next door for brunch, they told us we could get 10% off by showing our room key. As Canadians, we can safely say the food there totally hit the spot! Highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with family in the centre of Manchester!

Great location and value. Large unit for a group of 6. Early check in option for 20 GBP was a great feature.
My only complaint is that the thermostat kept timing out so I had to restart the A/C every few hours - not great for sleeping.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. 3 min walk from the train station (don’t follow Google directions) in a nice area with lots of restaurants. We had a one bedroom plus living room. Having a kitchen was fantastic for the price.
Could be the odd maintenance issue. Not with our room, but our family member’s room didn’t have working electrical sockets. Overheard another person also complaining about maintenance issues.
