The hotel was clean and tidy and rooms were a good a good size
The location was very noisey. There was a very small breakfast area for the amount of guests and hot breakfast was not good quality and not enough of it for all.

Its location is good. The property is good. The room we got was very clean. And housekeeping is good as well.
I didnt like that there no basic stuffs in the room like: slippers, toothbrush or even a bottle of water.
We had to buy the overrated water bottle as soon as we came in. We had to ask for slippers.
For breakfast we asked at the reception a day earlier if its possible to have an option of chicken for us (non-pork consumers). The staff at reception straight way said no we havent any but later he asked us to contact fnb in the morning but we didnt demand any.

The location was not too close and not too far to the main attractions which I prefer, not too noisy at night and walking distance to what I need
The rooms are clean but some parts of the room have not been cleaned at all, also under the bed and the sofa bed was not cleaned at all, the breakfast was very low choices, I believe its better to book without breakfast and enjoy it somewhere else, also I was surprised that the check-in was at 15:00 and the check out at 11:00.

Location was excellent, and the staff are all well managed and incredibly efficient from the front Desk to the restaurant to the room staff.

Liked having a kitchen in the room with fridge. Toiletries were nice. Blackout blinds a bonus.
Smaller room than previous stay but still nice.
Breakfast experience. Staff did not acknowledge us at all. Had to ask how to use hot tap for tea as no instructions, we had to show someone else on 2nd morning. Staff tried to clear our table when we had left full drinks, juice and hot drinks, to get rest of breakfast. Had to ask if empty items were being topped up, some were not.

place is nice, situated near the manchester center, and near many transportation options, we have easy way to go to anywhere we want, and is on a street on the side and is quiet in the evening. And they are big hotel chain, i think i will start to look for options,on other destinations to use them,
The morning breakfast was pretty basic. The heating system was disengaging in the evening, which sometimes made mornings annoying as we preffered arround 23-24 degrees in the room and it was arround 21.
And they had some issue with the fire alarm, that caused ours to raise several times in 3 days, but we were told they will fix it probably sometime.

The hotel is in a great location not far from Picaddily Station and the NQ. You can go for a walk by the canal and also access the city easily on foot too. The standard room is fine for two guests and has a super comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast was nice too and was stocked up well throughout the morning. However, I'd recommend going down earlier and avoiding peak times.
The gym has modern cardio machines and a decent selection of weights, which is great. However, it would be even better if there were more than one bench available for use. It would also be convenient to have a toilet located closer to the gym, as it’s currently in the basement and guests have to go up to the reception area to use the facilities. Additionally, we noticed some drilling noise in the morning due to construction work next to the building, which disrupted my sleep on one of the days.

The hotel is in a good location. It was clean and comfortable.
It was a pity the bar shuts early. It wasn't late and we thought we would have a nightcap before turning in. We were met by a surly young woman who just said "it's closed" and then walked away. Not what you would expect from a member of staff..
