One of the more affordable places to stay in Manchester, right by Piccadilly station. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, and a spacious apartment where you can relax before your journey.

Nice modern hotel. Good sized room. Decent breakfast. Everything clean and in good working order. Great breakfast. Only 5 mins walk from Piccadilly.
Nothing significant. Not much cutlery supplied in kitchenette - just as well it was only me!

the style and layout of the room and bathroom, the lighting and the bed were all great. I particularly liked the bedside reading light.
The choice of food for the breakfast buffet was good.
Our room 0245 suffered from regular flushing noises, easily heard next to the bed.
The serving island for breakfast is way too close to the nearby walls, which makes choosing your breakfast items feel very cramped. This needs to be another metre further away from the wall.

I like the room. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were concise and clear. There was no fuss - just professionalism and clarity. Which I appreciate.
I was late to check in and could only get Pizza. However there is a Supermarket 5 minutes from the door and a Microwave in the Kitchenette provided. The remedied the situation for a very hungry woman.
