Very spacious room and accommodating staff
The property could've been cleaner. Some chairs had stains and we received a duvet with a massive brown stain on it.
Aside from this I was happy with the rest of the property.

Very unique layout! Clean, bed was super comfy! Perfect location for us as we went for a concert at the co-op live arena which was close by! Beautiful ensuite.
Shower temperature was a little temperamental. Struggled to get the water hot and then once hot couldn't turn it down, but otherwise perfect.

Room had really comfortable bed and mini kitchen,
Facilities in kitchen area missing some essentials, no rubbish bags or bin with a lid to dispose of food waste. Dishwasher a nice gimmick but unnecessary and unlikely to use due to the noise next to the bed.
There was no way to switch off towel radiator in bathroom and it was therefore extremely hot in there.
Odd locations for light switches on entering the room.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite due to it being our first stay. Our room was very clean and spacious. No noise from outside but I did wake a couple of times to the sound of running water coming from the bathroom. However the location was great for the Coop Stadium- it only took us 30 minutes to walk there and the receptionist gave very clear instructions.
Breakfast in the morning was really good. We would use this hotel again!

The room we had, had a kitchen and lounge area which wad super lovely. Very spacious and clean with more than everything we need for an airport transfer stay
Connect to wifi was stressful and almost required you to join the hotel club
