Perfect accommodation, roomy, comfortable, very clean, comfortable bed, and a great shower. The kitchenette would have been very useful if I was staying for longer.

Huge room, very clean, 5-min walk to Piccadilly Gardens.
Breakfast on a Tuesday was until 09:30. Too early if you are exhausted...

We use this hotel as it is a good location for us & like the fact the rooms have a little kitchenette area. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the beds are comfortable and everywhere is generally clean.
Our particular room this time had a tv at right angles to the bed which was not comfortable to watch! There was an issue with the sink in the bathroom not emptying properly - we lived with it & I reported it at the end of our stay but this should have been picked up by the cleaners prior to us arriving. We were disappointed with the cooked breakfast this time. We remembered it being of much better quality on our previous visit (particularly the sausages!).

I traveled over from Ireland for a United game on an early flight. I went to drop my bags bags at midday and chanced my arm for an early check in. Not only did staff accommodate an early check in (free of charge), I also got a free room upgrade. The Scottish lady who appeared to be the manager was a star, as were the team doing the check in. Would 100% recommended, as I told them on the day, "great customer service!".
