Being woken up at 7.20 in the morning by building work.
The staff we spoke to didn’t apologise. There was no warning about any work taking place. Totally spoiled our stay.

The comfort of the bedroom, the good size of it beautiful view of sun set.
Didn’t like the sound of wind on the 11th floor, could hear it through the doors!!
Also the showers tiles are not getting the proper cleaning material, the grout is getting damaged!!
