Everything was perfect! The hotel was budget-friendly, with a good buffet breakfast and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was no Netflix or much entertainment to watch, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Loads of space, comfortable and well equipped. Close to station, great for my needs.

The reception team was very helpful, e.g. when there was a problem with our shower they offered us a different room of a higher standard. The kitchenette is very useful. It’s located a walking distance to Piccadilly on one side and Halle St Peter’s on the other side. There is a pleasant canal nearby where we also walked.
The left side of the building is still under construction. The noise didn’t affect us but it was rather dusty outside. Overall the area still has a lot of building works going on, thus walking towards Piccadilly for a dinner and back late in the evening felt uncomfortable.

The lady on the desk gave us a room upgrade after noticing my mum's mobility as we checked in. This made things so much easier, nothing was to much trouble.
