Cove Minshull Street was clean, had good facilities and was a comfortable stay for the one night we stayed. It had everything we needed and was also in a good location with easy access to car parking.

Central location and big apartments.
Do NOT stay here in heatwave. The rooms do not have aircon and opening the window is insufficient. They do offer industrial fans but they are loud and you will not sleep between the fan noise and the noise from the street when you open the windows.

Toilet paper was not replenished the entire 3 day stay. Dishwasher was broken and not usable, only 1 lift in use

Very well kept, all facilities very tidy
Staff were available a lot of the time and extremely friendly :)
Everything you could need in a hotel
a doorstop would be handy to keep the bathroom door open as it gets a little bit steamy after a shower, but other than that, super!

Location was amazing for exploring Manchester. We were on the fourth floor, so noise wasn't a problem. Very good layout of apartment for three people. Staff were super friendly and gave some great advice too.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

The location was so central and access to shops etc were great. I liked the fact I had laundry facilities in the room. I loved kitchenette and the bedroom was so comfy.
Noisy people outside the room. One group of men were across the road talking at the top of their voices at 6.30 am on Sunday morning for about 20 mins.
I’m glad the bedroom was sound proof but I had left the living area window open for air.
I would have liked a fan/air conditioning but it’s a minor issue with the unpredictably warm weather.
