Brilliant location, spacious apartment,clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and accommodating.
Instructions to the underground car park should be better explained, took a long time to find it and maybe 15 minutes to get access to it due to the 4 o'clock check in. This was a very minor issue though.

The staff were amazing before and during our stay. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The apartment was very clean and offered everything we needed.
Location was great, we were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.
Would absolutely stay again.

Great location, helpful staff, parking and good room size. Although we stayed one night only, the studio had everything for a longer self catering stay.

The heater in lounge diner wasn't working we had to put the heater on.in.the hall and bedroom and open all the interior doors to bring temperature up to comfortable

Close proximity to car rentals, supermarket, metrolinks
I got twin beds (attached together) in master bedroom which should be a double bed instead. It was having a gap in the centre and not very comfy

The apartment was clean and added bonus of being ready by 1.00pm for an early check in.
The location was spot on for shopping and access to Piccadilly station.
The two bedroom apartment was spacious and well presented.
Front of house and service ix exceptional.
