The location is great, just in the city center.
The pillows were not to our liking, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. Additionally, there is no regular cleaning service unless you specifically request it.

The bed was terrible, it was sleeping on a concrete floor, the iron base for clothes was like it's been used on the coal mine, outside environments were full of drug addicts.

Location.
The walls are literally paper thin that you can hear everything going in other guests rooms. I have never checked out of a hotel early before, only stayed 2 of 4 nights due to not being able to sleep due to noise from other guests.

Big room , paid for a single but ended up with a huge double. Very central Bar staff nice
The room.was heated with a radiator but i didnt feel warm It had a electric heater also but it disnt work Luckily they had a spare blanket

Location
We stayed in a no window room. Walked in the room and it was very hot, the aircon was broken and we were left either a fan that didn’t make a difference. Some of the plug sockets didn’t work and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The room was so hot all night!

The reception was nice and the lounge area.
We paid for a room with no window. We’ve had a room like this before and there was no problems but this time, the room was far too hot there was fans but they didn’t help at all. I couldn’t sleep because of how warm it was. The room wasn’t that clean. There was marks all over the walls and carpet. I had a bath and immediately just wanted to get out, it didn’t seem clean there was no soap I felt probably even more unclean after being in the bath.

Wonderful
Great location and excellent value for money. A very pleasant stay overall.
The only issue I'd raise is that the TV in my room was smaller in comparison to one of the cheaper rooms.
