Location
No hot water after my 2nd day staying at the hotel. I had to change my room. And I used a portable heater because the heater in the room stopped working. No one at the desk answered anytime I tried to call the desk.

It was close to the shops and transport
The bed was uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was expensive, the shower didnt work, the room smelt weird it was hot and I couldnt open the window, the bar wasnt an actual bar and the hotel stunk of weed

The room was freezing and could hear absolutely everything and workman starting work at 6am beeping horns and the clattering of building work

Some of the staff were so friendly and tried to help us out the best they could. They were also very understanding
They messed up our room, I wanted a twin room with my friend and we had a small double bed room that was 100 for the night. I booked it but they gave it away to random people checking in because of the football match. I guess the price made sense because it was Manchester, but the condition was much worse than even a Travelodge which is around 30 per night.

The property is located local to town centre
We asked for a double room the room had one double and two single beds there was no iron board or a fridge, towels were hung on windowsill, this seems clear the room was not checked b4 letting to us this was relayed to staff who checked room and refunded us by 10.00 they also checked us into a alternative rm for the 2nd night this time with 3 beds, situation gets worst by the second! Would not stay there again ever

The location is fabulous
The staff are cheeky about adding extra services to charge more. Feels like they oblige me to accept. Just go with what costumers booked cause they spent time already choosing what they want .
