The staff was very friendly and helpful with luggage, central location and affordable
The room was clean, the room had a window despite booking a windowless room so it was a nice surprise.
The bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, there was air-conditioning but did not seem to do anything at all apart from making a lot of noise so it was very hot in the room. No room service

The location of the hotel is really good, everything is within walking distance. There's 2 spaces outside for your car to park up for free for now. Staff at the reception was nice.
The room have no air-conditioning it was warm and we couldn't sleep at all.

Se for no verão, quartos sem janelas é impossível de conseguir dormir, é extremamente quentes, tinha um ventilador mais só circulava ar quente, e não tem ar condicionado, se for quando estiver calor pegue quartos com janelas.
Quantos muito quente, e os seguranças na portaria muito mal educados quando chegávamos a noite.
