Nothing it was horrendous, the police attended 3 times and there was a fire alarm pressed at 2am, it was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at.
The staff were literally stood arguing with customers who raised genuine complains

Location was ideal to enjoy the city center and go to a concert at Coop Live
Got a room with no window. The fan was running all the time to get the air moving. It was very warm. I’m not usually claustrophobic but it made me a bit anxious

Staff are nice and place is clean, no issues getting around or anything.
We didn't upgrade to a room with a window. Had fans on but was so hot in there we gave up at 4am and left, couldn't sleep in it, insanely warm in those rooms in the summer. Everything else was great tho. Staff are nice and everything was clean .

The room was ok, clean and what we needed, however..........
We booked a room for 3 and only had 1 towel, we were promised extras but they never arrived.
On one of the hottest nights of the year, the air condidtioning did not work at all.
Very disapointed to be honest.

Worst hotel experience in 30+ years of travelling. A joke, a F. NIGHTMARE. Was aware that room had no window, was not aware that room had no AC. We suffered 35 celsiusl all night, room door opened and cheap fans trying to do the job. STAFF and MANAGEMENT were absolutely HELPLESS, almost laughing at me when the issue was raised. Hotel was fully booked, asked for refund to go sleep somewhere else but denied. Can't imagine someone not as in shape as me not being sick in this situation, NOT SAFE. AVOID LIKE PEST.
