Wonderful
Location was very central so it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the room was ideal.
The coffee machine was not working on day 2 - that was the one thing that was disappointing.

Location
No ventilation in the bathroom and cold room. Tried to regulate the temperature and still it was freezing ( max 19.5 c degrees in my room)

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Got to know them by name during my 3 months stay here. Kitchenette was exactly what I needed to cook in the comfort of my own space. The housekeeping staff were very detailed and friendly as well. Location is perfect, in the city center at the start of the pedestrian zone. Close to several groceries stores, shopping and short walk to many districts of Manchester.

I have stayed here many times. Love the central location. The kitchenette is well equipped and great having M&S foods so close by.
Wish there was a ramp at front entrance. There is a mini lift. We always use the rear entrance.

Central location. The hotel is right in the city center, across the street from the football museum and the shopping center.
The rooms are modern and clean. They have all you need for a short stay.
The kitchen is very rudimentary. We were able to make eggs for breakfast, but cooking dinner would've been challenging. There isn't any space to let the dishes dry nor is there a dish washer.

The location was great as it was surrounded by lots of restaurants and retail shops, plus some shopping malls like Arnsdale and Selfridges just a minute walk from the hotel. The room was good and spacious.

Check in was easy and quick with a warm welcome. The location was excellent for our needs, being close to the train station and AO Arena. The room was large and very clean with a comfortable bed. The choice for dining in the evening was made easy with restaurants on the doorstep. We plan to return to Manchester and to this hotel.
The layout of the corridors meant we had a long walk to our room, but that is due to how the building was originally built.

Very good location near Victoria Station in Manchester. I enjoyed my stay in my room, it was spacious with good lighting and comfy (though a little bit of a walk to get to my room). Liked that a small kitchen and fridge was available. Very much appreciated the use of the free laundry room which was a life saver after traveling for a week.
My friend had some plumbing issues with his room when the location was fully booked. So his experience was very different from mine. We were able to resolve this through Booking.com and Roomzzz, however it took quite some time to receive a response from both Booking.com and Roomzzz in order to finalize our issue. But I'm glad it finally got resolved.
