Pleasant
The location is very central. Everything can be reached in walking distance. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets are close by.
When we were there, elevator was nit working. We have to use staff elevator so we need to ask to bring upstairs and we use stairs to go down. Our room was in 5th floor. Pretty much uncomfortable.
Heather is available, but there’ steps to turn it on and no manual or instruction. 1st night we slept with sweater on.
Room needs to be renovated, carpet was old and looks dirty even probably has been vacuumed.

Wonderful
Top location, spacious, comfortable and clean. Ideal even for longer stays.
The a/c was a bit noisy at times and the bathroom is all see through glass and mirrors. I was there with family but it might be a bit less convenient for some!

Disappointing
The bathroom had no door and the management lied to us saying it was for all the rooms. It was just ours. We were not a couple or family, we were friends. The management was very rude about our discomfort.

The main lift was out of order. Staff was helpful. The room phone was not working. Bathroom was not clean. Could spot some hairs on the floor.

Disappointing
Excellent location
The lift was broken during the entire stay. They offered to bring us up with the staff elevator which was an option if a staff member was present. Hard to do with luggage and there was no additional accommodation offered. The hotel itself is certainly not a 4-star hotel as advertised. One receptionist was remarkably unfriendly.

The location is the best part of this stop in our vacation.
The elevator was broken, and they didn’t gave the directions to the customer in the hallway, so we lost our way when we went out or came in.

The room/apartment was excellent, good size, desk, table, sofa, large TV and everything I needed.
The staff were friendly and helpful
The main lift did not work but the staff team had an excellent work around and this helped and made the experience more friendly and personal.

The location was absolutely fantastic. In the middle of everything a tourist may want. Based on our itinerary, everything was within 15-20ish minute walk. Also, a 5 minute walk to a major public transportation hub.
The room was spacious and well organized.
The elevator was broken for the entire duration of our stay (7 days) with no prospects of getting it fixed. Being on a 3rd floor meant 4.5 flights of stairs and meandering a maze of corridors for every-single-thing.The beds were mediocre and pillows were atrocious. For a place with a Zzz in the name, the bedding should be their pride. My partner got a severe nerve injury in the neck thanks to those pillows.

The accommodation was located near the central train station, restaurants, pubs, and additional public transportation. Raja (sorry about the spelling), who checked us out and the young woman that checked us in were exceptionally friendly; suggesting things to do around town.

The property was very well located, room was quite spacious, bed was very comfortable and amenities provided were very good.
Staff were helpful and always pleasant to deal with.
Shower could have had better cubicle, rather than just a curtain.
But this is a minor matter.
