In the middle of a heat wave, the room was nice and cool. It had a well-equipped kitchenette, the bath was nice, and it had a nice desk. ...
But there were a few peculiarities: The bed was rather hard; the bathroom floor was heated, which was mostly nice, but at times too intensely hot; and there were no plugs near the desk. Worst: when I came in from the train station, having taken a many hour train journey and figuring I could use a bathroom when I got there, rather than drag my suitcase into a bathroom at the train station, I was told that my room was not ready and there was no bathroom I could use. This was after 1 pm. REALLY? There was no way to let me access my room early just to pee? Or no way to use the staff toilet? I'm not a bum off the street; I'm paying for a room, and I'm just sent away? I had to walk another half mile to the public library to find a public toilet to use. NOT COOL! If you choose to stay there, and you arrive before formal check in, plan ahead!

Close to Picadilly or Oxford station. Very spacious room and equipped kitchen. Two person shower with two rain shower heads. Subway sandwich downstairs and Tesco express nearby.

Cold shower. Black 4 poster bed so couldn't see all of the TV.
Lifts not working,but this was explained to us before arriving.

Loved the loco - very walkable to central downtown Man area. NQ was close 10-15 min walk too! Room was very spacious and accommodating to me and my two girlfriends, we agreed by night 1 we would definitely stay there again.
We do wish the dirty towels could have been taken when replaced with fresh ones, but other than that, no complaints!

No operable lift. We were on the 5th floor! Stairs were rambling and filthy.
We were first checked into a room which hadn't been serviced. Dirty bedding, towels, bins, floors etc. Had to move rooms. Not great management by Roomzzz.
Our eventual room probably was lovely many years ago, but everything was dilapidated and broken... chunks missing out of the washbasin, most bathroom floor tiles badly broken, lights in kitchenette not working, kitchen cupboard doors hanging off, broken shelves in a dirty fridge, lots of dust and dirt on ledges and blinds, etc, etc.
Awful old pillows.

The mini kitchen was fantastic, bed was incredible and view from the window let us look directly into China Town. Right next to a lot of great night clubs, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Upon arrival, we were given a free room upgrade to the loft suite after booking the smart studio! We were informed by Ali who was very polite and professional - huge thank you again Ali. As you can imagine, this was a very pleasant surprise and made our experience even better. The room was spacious, clean, luxurious and had everything we could possibly need for an overnight stay. We would definitely stay here again!
The only inconvenience was that the guest lift wasn't in operation - however, when travelling up to our room the staff allowed us to use their lift.

The bathroom had no door and the management lied to us saying it was for all the rooms. It was just ours. We were not a couple or family, we were friends. The management was very rude about our discomfort.

The location is very central. Everything can be reached in walking distance. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets are close by.
When we were there, elevator was nit working. We have to use staff elevator so we need to ask to bring upstairs and we use stairs to go down. Our room was in 5th floor. Pretty much uncomfortable.
Heather is available, but there’ steps to turn it on and no manual or instruction. 1st night we slept with sweater on.
Room needs to be renovated, carpet was old and looks dirty even probably has been vacuumed.

Top location, spacious, comfortable and clean. Ideal even for longer stays.
The a/c was a bit noisy at times and the bathroom is all see through glass and mirrors. I was there with family but it might be a bit less convenient for some!
