Great location, super friendly staff, nice big rooms, really chilled warm vibe.
TV didn't work in the morning, I wanted to have a cup of coffee and just chill watching it but couldn't do that. Reported to reception who said it was a known issue and left it at that.
Tv cabinet has doors on that block the en suite access and are at head height so you can easily bash into it.

I would like to express my sincere thanks & gratitude towards the amazing services of Mr. Thomas & Mr. Ola. They were soo kind & friendly, had a great attitude & were genuinely nice to us as we are visiting from Qatar & needed to extend our stay for a few more hours until it was time to go to the airport. Checked all our details & flight, booked us a large taxi accordingly. Made sure everything went smoothly for us. Also would like to thank the blond gentleman with blue eyes (didn't get his name sorry) who went above & beyond to help us with our luggage. That being said Tree House hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at in the world!! Very cozy & spacious. Location is perfect & the vibes were immaculate! Tree House hotel will be our go-to stay whenever we come to Manchester as we visit frequently for the football. Thank you & hope to see you again very soon. Greetings from Doha - Qatar

The design is top notch. Really great looking rooms.
It was too noisy. The rooms are not soundproof and there are clubs right below the hotel. Pack very good earplugs. You are forced to pay a pretty high gratitude tip disguised as a "service charge".

From the moment me and my family stepped into the Treehouse Hotel, we felt like we’d entered a whimsical retreat tucked away in the city. The décor was absolutely gorgeous, thoughtfully designed with playful touches that made the whole space feel both luxurious and inviting. Every corner seemed curated to delight.
The experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were spotless and cozy. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and creativity.
Whether you're visiting Manchester for work or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend Treehouse Hotel for a stay that feels special, memorable, and just a little bit magical.

Felt like I was on an actual holiday rather than overnight stay. Class hotel, the staff were super friendly and made a fuss of my two girls will definitely come again

The Treetop staff was super accommodating in preparing our rooms at short notice as we were a last minute booking after having Airbnb issues. Nice drinks at the bar and upscale restaurant on site. Our rooms were very clean, cute decor throughout the hotel and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was good near the midevil quarter, was convenient for getting the tram to Heaton Park for Oasis and also was 20 mins to the airport. And Sandra at the reception desk who was fantastic, gave us some great recommendations for dining in the area.
A couple of the amenities–The Nest 360° view bar / lounge and the Flix screening room were not yet opened / available during our stay–but it does seem like the hotel itself has just recently opened.
We also could not get the in-room dining (via the Treetop app to work) and the lobby restaurant while conveniently located, had a quite high end menu available for dinner–casual fare (burgers and sandwiches etc.) were only available via room service through the app. They did make an exception since we'd been traveling all day and many nearby options for dinner stop serving food quite early, but at least one option for a bit of casual fare on the dinner menu or bar menu would be ideal.
