- Very spacious room with huge windows - Super comfy bed- we slept really well - Very quiet even though on a main road - Lifts very quick and easy - Really clean - Fab shower - Very attractive and thoughtful decor -Loved the body wash/shampoo and conditioner - Yummy breakfast - Liked the filtered water station on each floor
- There could have been more info on the interactive TV screens- I wanted to know when breakfast was until and ended up using my phone. Also they should load the in dining menu on there. - We struggled to "cast" from my mac book onto the screen so in the end couldn't use the big screen which would have been great

Lots of staff, all very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean, from the lobby to our 9th floor room - Spotless! Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. The porridge was 10/10. The beds are fabulously comfy, as are the pillows. The filtered wate4 station was very good.
The two things that could have room for improvement are 1.The amount of regular tea bags and sugar sachets in the room. We asked for more at reception, they couldn't find much but gave us what they could. 2.The thermostat/air con in the room was far too warm. With no opening windows, we found 19°c being the lowest setting was too warm for us. We had an unsettled night because of this.

Great location, super friendly staff, nice big rooms, really chilled warm vibe.
TV didn't work in the morning, I wanted to have a cup of coffee and just chill watching it but couldn't do that. Reported to reception who said it was a known issue and left it at that. Tv cabinet has doors on that block the en suite access and are at head height so you can easily bash into it.

This place is just outstanding! Loved every single minute I spent in there. The family room is exceptional (had it all to myself), gym was great and well equipped (and open 24h, for the early birds like me). Breakfast was yummy, outstanding decor everywhere you looked, very professional staff. I will definitely come back.
