Where is was in relation to where I needed to be, the ease of parking in relation to the front door
It is linked to a Chinese restaurant and the extractor fan from the kitchen appeared to be funnelling fumes directly into the room, the heating appeared to be on and therefore the windows had to be open. There was no running water on the Saturday evening for a couple of hours and no reply to a message regarding this. The room contained a bed and no other place where you could sit.

I was asked for the free cancellation straight after booking after hearing someone's personal experience, unfortunately the hotel refused. The reception was closed, called , got a code to oped the door, then had to wait on the stairs, called again to ask what now, got another code to my room. The room was clean but claustrophobic, no door in the shower, no warm water, the water pressure was very law. I couldn't take a shower, after opening a window I saw a messy part of the roof ( pic). I messaged 3 times asking to the WiFi password. Absolutely traumatic experience. Never more.

Nothing!!! I went to run the Manchester marathon, and they I ask them to left my stuff and come back to have a shower after marathon, and he said no. are not flexible with that everywhere that I went before, they are super flexible. The marathon is in the morning, ofc I cannot make te checkout at 10. In the end they charge me 10 per hour more!
I paid 150 on total what is too much
They don have water, the shower is horrible. The minimum that I expect when I book some place to stay, is a good shower and have a good sleep. And I didn’t !
For this place a good price to pay should be around 30,40£. A night. Is more than enough!!
I’ll never come back, I hope you guys when you read that, you think 3 times before book with them!!!

Towels were clean
No running water in the bathroom from when I got there at 7pm till bed at 10pm. Complained and was told an engineer would attend, heard nothing further. Had to cancel all plans as couldn't have a shower or even flush the loo. Water back on at 6am, showered and left.
TV didn't work
WiFi kept dropping out

It was not very clean. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t not been cleaned and there was soap on the walls. The bathroom fan was also very very dirty.
The coffee/ tea looked like it had been there a very long time.
You could hear other guests very loudly.

The location
Bed was uncomfy. Unclean. Attention to detail needs to be looked at especially the decoration. Too hot even with the fan on. Proper Milk would be better than powder milk, taste disgusting and had to buy milk from the shop. Tv and Wifi signal wasn't great.
