The bed was quite comfy and the bathroom was clean
No one on reception - got a key code to get into the building and my room. The room was cold and I asked for an additional heater and that the battery was low on the room key pad which I messaged but no one got back to me, got to a point where it took me numerous attempts to get into my room.

Absolutely nothing. The rooms were nothing like the photos in the ad. Dirty sticky floor, beer bottle in corner so clearly not been cleaned properly. The bath light was stuck so fan on all night. Even tho one light was hanging by the wire and the other flickered. No shower curtain! Tea/coffee facilities included lumpy powdered milk, and the kettle lid was broken so a health & safety risk! No tv. When we ch3cked in the door lock code register low battery, we spoke to the girl on the desk who called her manager and they didn't even pick up. So she would have been on her own in an emergency, really inspires confidence. Booking.com are complicit in not vetting adverts, and should be ashamed to advertise this dump under false pretences. Would like my money back please. Worst "hotel" I've stayed in for years and I stay in a lot of hotels. AVOID AVOID!!

smelled of wee and weed. dirty bedding and curtains. shower faulty. tv remote missing. no lamps. kettle broke. tea/coffee/sugar/powdered milk solidified, old and in dirty jars. no spoon. decorating sloppy. a sock over the fire alarm. multiple extensions provided for power sockets and they sparked. no staff, all done via WhatsApp.

The building was totally disgusting, the code only worked once on the bedroom so 1 of us had to be in there at all times, the entire place was bitter cold, and dirty. We quite literally will never stay again The shower didnt even work

Nothing ro like. The only good think was a location close to Apollo o2 arena, but Traveloge would be much better and even closer.
Mouldy bathroom, rusty bin, no handle in a toilet brush, lack of shelf under the mirror in the bathroom, no hairdryer, no remote, one cup in double room, old powdered milk, bad painting, holes, scruffy looking and not looked after room, dirty carpets, smelly and dirty area outside the room, extension cables fitted to a wall, hole inside bedside cabinet. I called and politely requested remote control and 2 cups. After 20 minutes of waiting l decided to get something to eat. When l was back cups were there but no remote control or information left, so l had to call again to ask what happened. I felt like people who running the place do not care at all about the building and customers. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR SERVICE!!! In the main entrance on a left is old completely destroyed area.

The location was good. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Tea making facilities were poor. There wasno milk. There was some lumpy powdered stuff which i assume was supposedto be powdered milk YUCK! Also there was no spoon. As for staff there wasn't any. We had a phone number to call to book in. After that we were on our own. We messaged him about a spoon and was completely ignored. The room is nothing like the pictures. I was disappointed. I would never stay there again. But it was very clean though.
No milk. No spoon. No staff at all. WiFi was very spotty. Table was wobbly, there was a reason it was against the wall. If you just want a bed for the night then it's not a bad place.

Hallway very musty smelling leading up to rooms. Bed was comfortable bedding clean and nice big towels provided. location very good for catching an uber to the o2 Apollo which was the purpose of our visit. Comms good from proprietor to get in& out of property Would have been nice to have actual little milks provided instead of powder. Tv did not work at all as no batteries in the remote control and could not access anything from the actual Tv (so my daughter wasn’t very happy about that
