Location on the concourse is very convenient.
The room was so hot and didn’t cool down at all with adjusting the heat settings repeatedly. Made for a really uncomfortable stay.

Very convenient to the airport
I parked at drop off point to check in. Just discovered some weeks later that I had been fined £100. How can I be fined for parking to check in? How else was I supposed to lug the lugguage to check in? My car was there for no more 20 mins or so. Won't ever want to stay in this hotel.

We have always stayed here and not been disappointed the room is very comfy ie beds chairs etc. It is also always nice and warm
For the price we paid I did not expect to be in a room with a big chip in the bathroom wall, I think that it was highly dangerous and could have given someone a very nasty cut.
Also the tea and coffee tray was half empty and no biscuits as there usually is

We booked to stay on our way back from holiday, not really looking forward to it as when we stayed going we were disappointed. However the room this time was as usually is comfy & clean.
The only thing we could complain about was breakfast. It is usually of a very high standard and always tasty. But it was cold and I didnt enjoy cold full English Breakfast

Everything was great, the location, the staff, the access to the gym and more + directly connect to the hall to the airport, clean spacious room, the wifi was great! We recommend!
The shower was a little bit old and the shower head was not the best. It was turning toward the wall not the best angle.

Just think the amount of the colour purple makes you look a tad like a Premier Inn, sorry! Use more deep blue.

The hotel was very nice and the rest was good
The heating was terrible I could not get the temp down. A maintenance man cam and programmed it to 68 f but it never got below 74.5 f. In the end in the middle of the night I turned the air conditioner on.

Staff behavior specially supervisor restaurant bar Anthony was rude high unprofessional and not good with even premium guests .I belive hotel must take serious action. Not consoling words
