Good lighting
The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom when used. Limited room service menu in the evening. Parking is £25 a night but had to pay £180 to leave it there 5 days

Staff behavior specially supervisor restaurant bar Anthony was rude high unprofessional and not good with even premium guests .I belive hotel must take serious action. Not consoling words
