The hotel is a great location for the airport. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Having a pool is an added bonus
Comfy beds and quiet at night to get a good sleep before or after a flight
The check in staff did not give any information on the hotel such as restaurant and leisure facilities - there didn't seem to be any clear information in the room either.

The convenience of being at the airport is wonderful for morning flights. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows and bedding are quality.

Rude receptionist at check in. No warm welcome like the pre emails suggested that “they were delighted and looking forward to my stay” no upgrades - she lied and said hotel was full (it wasn’t - I found out many upgrade rooms were available- she clearly enjoyed saying “computer says no!”
It was my birthday and I had pre asked for robes in the room- on the email- “yes of course - we can accommodate that for you” they weren’t in the room and when I rang to the rude receptionist who had checked me in - she said no they have none and I said I had the email and she didn’t believe me and said I had to go and show her- I also the pointed out I didn’t need the stress of arguing with her on the phone and she condescendingly responded “oh this isn’t arguing honey!”
I could go on … but I cannot be bothered - I’m sure you get the jist of my disappointment!
The spa was filthy and pool was freezing and overcrowded - kids splashing all over whilst parents shouting across the room at them back and forth … it was like being at Pontins!

Great location for train and airport, so always stay here when flying.
Had dinner in the bar and the pizzas were great - wish these were on the room service menu though. Found the service in the bar to be much better than the restaurant.
The pillows were awful.
The aircon seemed to go off in the night so we woke up really hot and had to switch it on again.
It would be nice if the complimentary water was in the fridge rather than left out as it was warm.

The hotel has direct access to the elevated walkway tube connecting the terminals, and for example the new terminal is very close - great! The breakfast was comprehensive and worth the money. The room was clean, quiet and spacious.
The hotel's parking area was quite difficult to find by car, and it's insanely expensive! Furthermore, the parking payment kiosk refused to print out any receipt ... anyway, in the hotel lobby there could have been another kiosk, but that was too late ... and the clerk at the hotel reception quite rudely denied my request for help on that matter.

Bar is way too small for capacity of guests. Massage facilities weren't available. My television was broken. Not acceptable for price paid.

Easy access to the airport
The room was disgusting. There was cobwebs from the roof Big stands on the carpet and you could not have a shower because the show Head kept on moving
