Location and easy to terminal
Reception staff, dining room and the shambles of service order was wrong the drinks was wrong, just the whole evening was a complete disaster.

We spent the evening watching the planes take off and land and observed all the activity at the airport. We also noted the Jodrell telescope on the horizon.
The bed was large and comfortable and we enjoyed a pizza in the bar.
The covered walkway to terminal 3 was most convenient.
I loved the bath, too, as we only have a shower at home.
Reception were helpful and efficient.
Prices for wine and drinks at the bar were highly inflated.

Far too hot .. restaurant very expensive .. staff offered discounts and took service charge off bill but asked for it in cash
