The location is excellent for the airport terminal. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The ease of getting to it via train and the ease of getting to the terminal. To be able to use the pool/sauna etc was a real bonus

Great location. Spacious and comfortable room for a reasonable price.
The dinner menu was limited and most items were expensive. While the food was well presented, the quality was not high. For the price, I expected better quality items.
It seems to me that the hotel offers competitively priced rooms and then makes a good profit on meals for a captive audience.

Everything. It was perfectly situated for people who were flying in or out of Manchester airport. The reception agent was extremely friendly and helpful. I was already tired from the journey from Newcastle. He did everything he could to make my check in as easy as possible, and then he even printed my boarding pass in case my phone couldn’t pull them up. Outstanding service.
The room was large and very clean with a luxurious king size bed.
I certainly will stay here again whenever I’m traveling to and from Newcastle from my home in the States.
