Beautifully clean, spacious room
Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble
We paid for breakfast when we arrived as the receptionist told us that breakfast was served from 5.30am. As we knew we had a long day ahead of us we paid for breakfast.
Yes the breakfast was served at 5.30, what she failed to tell us was that hot breakfast wasn’t available until 6.00am which would have been advantageous to know before paying for it. Had we known hot breakfast wasn’t available until 6.00am we wouldn’t have bothered and had something to eat inside the airport after clearing security.

We loved the room and the spa facilities
The prices of the food it took me nearly an hour to get through to room service and then I still had to go down to reception to pay for it before they would take the order it was all backwards and when we got it was cold and not worth how much we spent

Everything was lovely. The reception was very friendly and the room was very clean. The location is very convenient. All good
There was a waiter staff in the restaurant made me and my daughter very uncomfortable. He was a tall Asian looking man. He asked many personal questions and dragged one of his colleagues said she from Hong Kong and asked where I come from.
My question is will he ask so many questions if I was a white English woman？Why a Chinese mum with a young daughter made him think we were easy target?
The conversation lasted at least 3 or 5 minutes. Even the couple at next table started feeling very uncomfortable. My daughter kept telling me the man was very scary and asked me to put extra lock on our hotel room door.
