As the name represents, Raddison is higher end, and you get exactly what they promise.
The fact that I had received a £100 parking fine when I returned from holiday. Not made clear when checking in that you must even register the car that dropped you off otherwise you'll be fined. After lots of anxiety and a threatening letter the hotel got it rescinded.

Overall its a pleasant way to start a long trip. Location is brilliant, especially if you use the train to get to the airport.
Check-in was rather long. There was quite a queue, and the process wasn't speedy. Having said that, though, the staff member was lovely when we finally got to the desk. Breakfast was a little disappointing compared to previous visits, and I was surprised at the lack of choice with the pastries. Those that were offered were stale. Again, the staff member was lovely when I mentioned it but was unable to find suitable alternatives.
