Ideal location for a pre-flight stay for a T3 departure at Manchester Airport with approximately a 10 minute walk along the covered walkway to check-in. Clean and quiet room with a large comfortable bed.
Depending on timing, potentially long queues and delays at the hotel check-in desks.

The rooms were clean
Arriving with jet lag after a 22 hour transit from Australia to be told there was no early check in and my best option was to spend the four hours walking around Manchester city centre, was not ideal. I offered to pay more but was told they had no rooms. Surely they could have had one made up? Even if I had to wait 30 min, it would have been better than walking around Manchester like a zombie for four hours. I vowed not to spend an extra penny at the hotel from that moment on. There was no pay tv channels and a shower in the bath with the taps at shin height. For an expensive (relative to the area), I expected better.

The location is fantastic with great access to the railway station and all terminals.
The room we tired and the chair was worn out we complained and got another room. But it should have been sorted long before we complained

So convenient for the airport. It’s clean and modern.
We arrived about 2.30/3.00pm and the place didn’t seem full but despite having a lot of luggage we were given a room at the very end of the corridor.
Also the very smart mini reading lights next to the bed didn’t work. Pointless trying to get fixed for one night and already in bed.

The location is the only real reason why you would pick this hotel over any of the others located at Manchester airport. The room was nice but that was only because we paid to upgrade to a premium room which on balance probably isn't really worth it.
The WiFi was very poor, the food in the bar was expensive and average. None of the staff we encountered were particularly friendly or engaging.
