Convenient for my onward journey.
Transparency in reservation as it was different than Booking. Your pricing is different than theirs.
I distinctly remember paying for my Breakfast & was told I did not. No attempt to explain things.
On checkout, Receptionist just shook her head when I tried to explain what was wrong.
The difference was around 20 Pounds, the price of breakfast. (Watery scrambled eggs).
This needs looking into. I will have all receipts available.
Bath/shower leaves a lot to be desired, built as such lets the water run all over the floor, (partition too small).

Location great, chosen for the walkway to Terminal 2.
The food at dinner and breakfast was very good with many choices.
Our room was of a good standard, quiet, with comfortable single beds, and a bath/shower option.
At breakfast there were solitary men sitting at various breakfast tables not eating breakfast but working on their laptops, talking on phones or Skyping. Some were wearing headphones, talking loudly because they couldn’t hear how loudly they were speaking or because their business negotiations were becoming more forceful.
My breakfast experience was ruined because I’d already paid for breakfast and couldn’t escape from men staring at their laptops having business conversations that no doubt the whole restaurant could hear. I’m partially deaf and could hear every one of them!
They should be in a Business Centre NOT in a restaurant working and disturbing people like myself who chose the Radisson Blu believing it would provide a quality enjoyable stay. I definitely did not pay to be a captive audience given no choice but to listen to men conducting their business deals during my breakfast!

Is proximity to the terminal.
Booking a triple room for 3 adults to find one bed is a rollaway more designed for a child. It is irritating.

Early check in - thank you. Changed rooms without fuss when I booked the wrong room although still charged me for executive room. Good air con. Exceptionally nice shampoos and shower gels (wish we could buy them).
Large bed but bedding didn’t fit. Mattress protector didn’t fit the bed and pillows too small. Breakfast was poor quality with limited choice and no fried or poached eggs. Scrambled eggs were empty. I ordered a poached egg and it took ten minutes to arrive. I asked her twice where it was as I wanted to eat it with my cooked breakfast but it was cold by the time the eggs came. Evening meal menu limited choice and small portions. The executive lounge was a joke - pop and crisps, really??? We’re not children!!
But you already know all this and choose to do nothing about it.

The reception and dinning area were well presented
The staff all seemed very tired. We arrived in the evening so I guess they were coming to the end of their shift. The receptionist was having IT issues and couldn't programme my door card.
One of the waiters in the restaurant couldn't speak very clear english and when I asked him to repeat his question for the second time he rolled his eyes. The food is acceptable but slightly over priced for what it is.
