Great hotel generally well cared for but in places it looked tired.
Staff were very good generally. The bar staff on arrival were very good and looked after us really well. Reception staff knew the ‘rule book’ but were generally difficult and not customer caring.
The executive lounge wasn’t well stocked when we arrived although the breakfast pastries in the morning were excellent.
The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the room……for the money this shouldn’t have been the case. I understand the weather is difficult to manage in England but being unable to cool the room below 21 isn’t ideal.
The delay to check in was also very poor. Whilst I understand the availability of rooms is difficult to manage. I requested an early check in. There were 2 rooms ready but not checked. It took from 12:30md to 14:55hrs to get checked in!!!!!!! Why!!!???
Whilst the room was generally ok, dust and hair was visible on some surfaces which clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or checked off with consistency.
Nothing really I love the location and the 9th floor rooms are ideal for me.
Good location for getting into central Manchester which we were able to do.
If anything offering continental breakfast in the executive lounge would be a bonus as would offering snacks pre dinner.

We love staying at this hotel which we have visited previously however this time we visited with a baby and booked the child cot. On arrival we found there was no proper mattress for the baby just a blue board with a blanket, this was totally inadequate for a 4 month baby to sleep on, but were told this is the Radisson standard! If this is the standard I find it quite unbelievable! As an adult who is provided with a proper mattress I find it hard to believe Radisson can’t do better to improve sleeping arrangements for babies. We have been offered no discount for the unsatisfactory cot. Very disappointed ☹️

The amazing free upgrade to a runway room! Right next to the terminal so short walk in the morning takes the stress out!
The prices of the crisps, snacks and drinks in the shop area are absolutely outrageous. £5.99 for a packet of digestive biscuits!

Proximity to airport terminal for twilight checkin.
The bar area could be a little bigger. There is a restaurant but our preference is a bar snack and it was extremely busy. The staff were lovely and we managed to get some food so we were happy.

Although we only stayed for a few hours due to a very late and delayed flight the check in was smooth and the room was great with a very comfortable bed.
A great location and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
