Convenience of location, good food in the restaurant.
1) Being over-charged £23 for a glass of white Rioja when it was £15.
2) Not being allowed to order room service unless I put a card down at reception.
3) A gym staff who told me I didn’t have a massage booked when I had booked it two months prior, then to find out someone cancelled it without informing me.
4) Extremely poor customer service in follow-up to these issues - I have had NO response to my formal email complaint with the company or from their online ‘contact us’.
I will be cancelling my current London and Toronto bookings with Radisson as a result.

Handy to the airport and easy to get to
Nothing in the fridge for anyone to buy and not many coffees and sugars on tray. As I had, had a long journey from Australia and there was only one coffee that I would drink. No face cloth in bathroom or anything else to wash myself with. Nice room but expensive for one night sleep!!

Water pressure in room was low so took a long time to run a bath and shower was weak

The shower gel bottle was empty in my room. I had meetings in Manchester, before flying to Geneva, really poor start to a long work day.
