Stayed here again, this time for my 30th birthday. It is our favourite hotel! We love coming back here. The beds are so so comfy we always have the best sleep. Great location too with lots do. The team are so helpful and down to earth, The spa is beautiful and always clean.

Clean and smelt fresh and the room had a bath which was nice. Free hour access to the spa was a real treat too
The pillows were comfy but it would have been good having 2 each because you do sink in them.

All aspects of this hotel could not be faulted. Would happily stay again when visiting Manchester. Cannot comment on the gym and spa as we did not use these facilities.
