The location was perfect
No snacks, refreshments etc other than tea & coffee. Room was alot smaller than we had tbought from the photos online, rooms also very very dinghy. Shower not very powerful

Location
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable standard of our recent stay at your hotel, which was intended to celebrate our anniversary but instead became an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. After returning to the hotel following dinner, at approximately midnight we entered our room to discover that it had flooded due to what appeared to be excessive condensation leaking from the air conditioning unit. A member of staff advised us that this was not something that happened to every room. I have video evidence clearly showing the extent of the flooding. This created a serious health and safety hazard, particularly as my wife is pregnant and has an existing hip injury. She very nearly slipped on the water, which could have resulted in significant injury to both her and our unborn child. We immediately reported the issue to reception and requested to be moved to another room. Instead of resolving the situation appropriately, we were initially offered a complimentary drink, which was wholly inadequate given the seriousness of the circumstances. We spent around an hour dealing with the issue in the early hours of the morning while maintenance attended to drain the air conditioning unit. Although maintenance drained the unit, we made it clear that we no longer felt comfortable remaining in the room due to the safety concerns and the possibility of the issue recurring. Despite this, we were informed that we could not be moved because there was no availability and were expected to remain in the room against our wishes. In addition to this, we discovered mould on the iron provided in our room. I also have photographic evidence of this. It is unacceptable that an item intended for guest use was left in such an unhygienic condition. The following day, after raising our concerns again, we were eventually moved to another room. Unfortunately, the replacement room had a faulty air conditioning unit that did not work at all.
