Great location
Hotel is a bit tired, rooms, restaurant etc.
Some staff are generally good but some make you feel if anything isn't on the sheet or in the computer like something is wrong and its your fault. Overall customer engagement and training needs some work.

The Hotel was very tastefully decorated, keeping the original features but with a modern touch.
Lifts were very busy as one wasn’t working which caused longer than normal waits.

It was local to many places
The bath had hairs in it when arrived. Told housekeeping was cleaned then shower wasn’t kept. Asked for some towels never got given during our stay.

The hotel was opposite the convention centre, which was extremely handy. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and comfirtable.

Great location, staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was spotless and our room was beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg was so tasty.

Central location is great - it's a short walk to the shopping and entertainment area. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had a city view which was interesting but you should bear in mind that Manchester's skyline isn't the most attractive. Facilities in the hotel were great. We love Peter Street Kitchen as the food is amazing. We also enjoyed the Library Champagne bar. There was good choice for breakfast and the staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Bartosz in the champagne bar went above and beyond to get me a particular cork for our collection at home
The lifts are a nightmare at busy time. We had to wait 5-10 mins to get one and then it took us as long to get from the 11th floor down to the ground because it stopped on every floor.
