The moment you walk in it smells fresh and clean the staff were amazing and they go the extra mile for you too the beds are comfortable had a good night sleep zzz
The lifts were a pain only 1 working and every time you come to go down it was so stressful tuck ages up and down

All of the staff were attentive and helpful. We were checked in by a lovely receptionist, Kyaw.
We enjoyed everything. However, the lifts were not adequate for the number of floors there are. We did have to wait ages and then the lift would be too full for us to get in.

Lovely pool and restaurant really friendly staff
Our room didn’t have any fresh towels or change of bedding or a maid service in the 2 nights we were there we called at 3pm on our second day and said we didn’t have any towel and that we were going out at 6 if the maid could come then the maid came knocked and abruptly entered the room at 5 after my boyfriend had been in the shower and wasn’t dressed was very awkward experience

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of everything we wanted. Our room was lovely, modern and comfortable. Will be staying again for sure.
The lift was a little frustrating as we wanted to go down on check out but as it was busy the lift went up first and stopped at every floor even though full. A small thing that wasn’t a big deal but if in a rush I suggest taking the stairs.
