Nice little touch with chocolates in the room and bottles of water.
The only issue was the noise from a function that was going on until midnight. I could hear the music and all the noise, which i found difficult to get to sleep. No magnifying mirror and good lighting for doing make up. Fridge didn't work

Great location, perfectly situated. Very clean. Nice touch with a cake for my wife’s birthday. Spa was nice and clean.
We were on the 10th floor and the noise coming from outside was very loud!! People shouting, sirens etc felt very loud. Also, the spa was very nice. However, our experience was not as relaxing as it could have been, as young kids were allowed in (shouting, running, jumping in and out of the pool). Adults only for a spa would be better. The bed in the room wasn’t very comfy.

Everything! Impeccable service,
We attended a family wedding & went to a waiting area for canapes twice between the ceremony & evening event. There was no chairs most ladies had heels on & feet were killing also several elderly relatives with poor mobility really struggled
