A fantastic stay in the heart of the city! The serviced apartment was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and public transport. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Friendly host, absolutely fantastic location, close to everything. Excellent facilities too, kitchen with all the utensils you could need, TV, shower, constant hot water, free wi fi.

Convenient location central Manchester Northern Quarter, clean, comfortable good size. I'd highly recommend.
At one point one of the lifts were not working but there was another one and it got fixed rather quickly so we didn't have to use the stairs (third floor apartment). High security deposit but it was returned very soon after departure.

I’ve booked with this company before for employees however, it was my first time staying here. I can see why the lads request it, their attention to detail is impeccable, very clean, well facilitated and very good value. Thank you for the stay & consistency.
Not so much a negative but with it being on the 4th floor, heavily relied on the lift, thankfully the lift was reliable.

Location close to the City Centre.
The place is not maintained properly at all. Everything is broken and not fixed. The towels were very old and had stains. The beds had very dirty covers and full of stains. The iron and ironing board were filth. The curtains cannot be adjusted. Metal rods in the floor were broken and the remaining parts had sharp edges. The kitchen sets are rusted and we got tired removing the rests from them. No shoes to be used as the flooring was very cold. The microwave was not working.

I booked this apartment for family who came to visit. This apartment is right in the centre of town in Piccadilly and was very easy to find from the train station (just 5 minutes walk) The apartment is clean and roomy and the beds comfortable with nice pillows. The windows are huge and allow lots of natural light during the daytime and my parents liked that the apartment backs onto a quiet street away from the traffic. Simple but comfy furniture and lots of pans to cook with. The man who checked us in was very helpful and has good knowledge of the city. I will definitely use this accommodation for family and friends again.
