Just location
Staff very rarely available even receptionist.
Not clean items very filthy and dirty.
Very cold! They switched off the radiators at 11.30 pm before midnight and turned back on around 6 am in result the room feeling very cold they just provided a light blanket that me and my 3 children couldn't sleep all night.
Also the beds really in a bad conditions not comfortable at all.

the room and toilet were clean.
aah so many things
1. there is no reception until 4 pm so check-in rules are 4 pm no other option booking.com please update it as the owner doesn't allow check-in at 3 pm.
2. checkout time is also 10 am and charges an extra £10 for check out at 12 pm.( but the booking.com and ur confirmation clearly mentioned checkout until 12 pm again the owner applied his own rules to the place)
3. the location is quite a challenge because of the hilly street it's very challenging if u have luggage with u so be prepared.

Really Liked The Hospitality of The Staff & Owner, Kade (Hope His Name Is Spelt Right!) Who Made Sure My Son & I Was Good For The Two Weeks & Had Everything We Needed.
Also, They're Currently Renovating & Kade Made Sure to Let Us Know Incase There Were Any Inconveniences Which Was Really Nice

The room was clean and quiet and perfectly fine for a nights sleep and tea in the morning. Nice to have a private sink and towels and bedding were just fine. Shower was hot and bathroom clean.
Slight stale smoke odour in the room from long ago, which made the air a bit difficult for breathing. Not a huge problem and I slept fine for the 10 hours I was there. The property itself seemed to be unnecessarily dirty with garbage, but room was clean.

Staff were receptive to a late check in, with fast responses over Whatsapp .Cheap at short notice, no issues with hot water or anything! Looking at other reviews maybe I got lucky, but it was exactly what I wanted! The bed was an older spring style, but still comfortable once you're used to it.

The bed is really bad. You need to change the bed and the beddings. There is cobweb in the room and the toilet. The lighting is not good. You should have better option of white light and yellow (presently there now) light.
